Frozen Yogurt

We both get in the car. I began to drive, soon leading down a country-like road. "We going to a new frozen yogurt place?" Jeremy said as he peaked out the window. 

"Yeah." I reply smoothly.

"What's it called?" Jeremy said.

"Not telling."

"Why?"

"Secret." I said and then stopped talking, turning on some music. Jeremy pouted as he stared out the window. After about 30 more minutes of Jeremy whining about where we were going, I pulled into a small parking lot. He got out and looked to the small frozen yogurt parlor. I then got out and started walking to the door, Jeremy quickly stumbling after.

We're both inside. Looking at the fair selection. I chose strawberry, simple. Jeremy tapped his chin, "Michael, what should I get?" As I wait at the register. "I don't know, what do you really like?" I said in response. Jeremy whined, then looked over the choices again. "Chocolate!" Jeremy squeaked and filled up his bowl. I quickly pay and we jump back in the car. I start driving again, further down the country road.

"Michael?" Jeremy piped up, a spoonful of frozen yogurt in his mouth. I glanced over, "Uh-huh?" I said. The SQUIP suddenly appeared in the back seat, stalking our conversation. "Where are we going now?" I sighed in annoyance, "Jeremy, buddy, just wait and see." I said. Jeremy nodded and ate quietly and slowly. The SQUIP leaned forward, "Nice Michael, playing it secretive." The SQUIP whispered. 

"Why are you whispering? He can't-" I start to say, but am quickly greeted with a, "Dude, who are you talking to." From Jeremy. I sucked in my breath too quickly and started choking on spit, "N-No one!" I managed to squeak out, covering my mouth with one hand as I continued to drive with the other. 

"Whatever you say, Michael." Jeremy shrugged it off. I sighed in relief. 

"Smooth Michael, real smooth." The SQUIP muttered.
