[Friday]

Class just ended and I went out of the classroom, going to the locker. I rushed to put my books in my locker as I am excited to go home.

Like, i'm so tired both mentally and physically. I just want to go home and lay on my bed, relaxing and not even thinking or stressing about anything.

I'm gonna take this weekend as an advantage to catch up some sleep because this is the only weekend I have that doesn't involve any homework. And, I thank the teachers for letting us not have homework this weekend.

I went out of the school gates and started walking my way back to my house.

Whilst I was walking I saw Jackson walking alone, both hands in his pocket. Just casually walking.

I decided to approach him,

"Hi Jackson!" I said which made Jackson flinch,

He looked at me and he placed his hand om his chest, "Geez, you startled me."

I laughed, "Sorry about that! Didn't mean to scare you!"

"It's fine." He said as he laughed aswell,

"Anyways, why are you walking alone? Shouldn't you be walking with your group?" I asked,

"They were all busy, some of them were still in class, and the rest of them have practice."

"I see..." I said nodding my head, "Then i'm gonna walk with you then!"

"Huh?"

"I'm gonna walk with you! You know, it's dangerous walking home alone at this time. It's getting dark! So, I want to walk home with you, to make sure that you walk home safely!" I said,

"Oh okay then." He said,

I noticed his cheeks show a tint of red,

"By the way, I want to ask, what club are you in?" Jackson asked,

"I'm a part of the Art Club." I replied and Jackson mouthed an "Oh"

"How about you? What club are you in?" I asked,

"I don't have a club."

"Why not?"

"I'm just busy. since I help my dad run the school, I don't have time to join clubs."

"Oh..." I said, "Then...If you were to join a club, what would it be and why?" I asked,

"Hm..Good question..." He said while thinking, "Maybe i'll just become an athlete."

"Cool!" I said, "Speaking of athlete, by any chance, do you know Jung Jaehyun?" I asked,

"Actually, yeah! We became good friends when I was still a basketball player for our school. How do you know him?"

"Well, we're childhood friends, but he moved here to seoul." I replied,

"Ah."

I looked at the houses and noticed a few familiar houses. I realized that I missed my house and quickly looked back, Seeing my house a few blocks back.

"Oh shoot, I got carried away that i passed my house!" I said,

I pointed my house to Jackson and laughed,

"Hey, you're house isn't far away from mine. Probably only a few blocks apart." Jackson said,

We both went to my house. I grabbed my keys and unlocked my door, looking back before coming in.

"Get home safely, kay?" I said and Jackson nodded,

"I will, thanks. Now go inside your house and get some rest. Goodnight!" Jackson said,

"You do the same when you get home! Goodnight too!" I said as I waved goodbye to Jackson, and closing the door behind me.
