Impossible Dreams

Love note

Gryffindor common room 

A couple of hours later Hermione walks into the Griffindor common room and Harry, Ron and Ginny are nowhere to be seen, she looks at her watch and sees it is still early as yet so she goes and sits in the big red armchair by the fire, all she has on her mind is Draco and the amazing time she had with him, for the first time she really did feel in love,her first love was a Slytherin, Draco Malfoy non-the-less.

All of a sudden Ginny walks in alone and sits with Hermione."Hey Hermione, how did it go?" Ginny asks. "Hi,yeah, it went great, Draco's not all what he's cracked up to be." Hermione says. "Really?What's he really like?" "He never wanted to be a death-eater, he got forced into it, he wants to change and I'm going to help him with that." "But what about us? Will he start being nice to us now?" "I don't know, wait and see what happens."

Ginny smiles and just at that moment Harry and Ron walk in and Hermione tells the boy's what had happened. "So what did you guys get up to then?" Hermione asks. "Well I thrashed Harry in wizard chess over at the great hall." Ron says with a smile. "Yeah, well that was because I was focusing on Hermione's situation you know." Harry adds.

As Harry and Ron start to bicker Hermione and Ginny start giggling. "So, what did you do Gin?" Hermione asks. "Just talked to people such as Luna and Cho." "Cooool... I'm getting tired, I'm gonna get to bed now, get a good night sleep, lessens tomorrow." Hermione yearns. "Yeah... I'm going to go up to bed as well." Then Ginny turns to Harry and Ron. "Night boy's!" She says. "Okay, I might go up in a minute as well, night girls!" Harry calls, so Hermione and Ginny go up to the girl's dormitories.

The Grate hall.

The next morning Harry, Ron and Ginny are sitting in the Great hall eating breakfast. "Ginny, do you know where Hermione is?" Ron asks."Getting ready." Ginny says. "But she never takes this long!" Harry points out. "Well she's in love now isn't she, she's dressing to impress." Ginny says with a sigh. 

Just at that moment Hermione enters the great hall, Straight hair, short skirt and a little make up, as she walks along the aisle towards Harry, Ron and Ginny she looks over at the Slytherin table to find Draco looking at her, she smiles and he smiles back luckily no-one noticed the tension between Draco and Hermione so before a reaction started she goes and sits with Harry, Ron and Ginny. 

"Hey guys!" Hermione says happily. "Hey Hermione!" Ginny says with a smile."Hello?" Harry says a little surprised. "Morning." Ron says why still eating. Then Voices fill the great hall as breakfast is being eaten.

Defense against Class. 

within half an hour first lesson began & Harry& Hermione are sitting in Deference against the dark arts waiting for lesson to begin then Draco walks in with Pansy right behind him & they go & sit down on the end table next to Harry & Hermione,  

Draco's back is against the wall & he's looking at Hermione who smiles & he smiles back, luckily Pansy doesn't notice & with all the tension Professor Snape walks in & moves his way to the front of the classroom. 

"Turn to page 387, get out your exercise books as well." Snape tells the class, so the class get out their books and Draco ripped a page out of his exercise book and hid what he is writing, Pansy turned to face Draco and notices him writing.    

"What are you writing there Draco?" Pansy asks. "What'sit got to do with you?" Draco says anode. "Alright, I was only asking." "Yeah,well you don't need to know my whole life story do you." With that Draco folds the bit of paper into some sort of shape an odd shape indeed then blow it towards Hermione and she caught the bit of paper.

Pansy watches as the paper traveled towards Hermione & she sneakily gives Hermione a dirty look as Hermione unfolds the paper, then Pansy looks at Draco who is looking at Hermione with a smile on his face and Pansy starts to get suspicious as Hermione looks at Draco without Pansy noticing and smiles at him but Pansy gets a glimpse of the smile.
