Impossible Dreams

The attack

Here & their

Hermione and Ginny depart the baby store, Hermione had put all here stuff in her handbag which is much bigger on the inside, just as they are about to enter a cafe they suddenly hear a loud bang and see everyone starts running and screaming, then suddenly Lucius Malfoy comes walking down the road scaring everyone, Lucius and the death-eaters are going round and cursing spells whilst everyone is running for their lives and screaming.

Without being noticed Hermione and Ginny run as fast as they can and within 10 minutes Hermione and Ginny manage to get back to Hogwarts safely, they have never run that fast In their lives and they are breathless. 

"I really shouldn't have done that!" Hermione says with her hand on her belly."Why were death-eaters in Diagon Alley anyway?" Ginny asks curiously. "Parkinson saw me and Draco get back together and she went and told the Dark lord.   

"Oh my god! Does she know you're pregnant?" Ginny asks. "Yes, she's told the Dark lord about my relationship with Draco and about are baby!" "The bitch! Well I suggest after all that running Hermione that you go and see Madam Pomfrey and see if the baby's aright, then after that go and see Professor Dumbledore and tell him what's going on, he will protect you both, you and Draco that is.    

"But what about Draco? I need to tell him at some point." "Deal with Draco later but right now you need to see if yours and his child is alright and get you both protected." "Ok, are you going to come with me?" "Yeah, come on, we better go over to the hospital wing." So they head over to the hospital wing and Madam Pomfrey checks Hermione over and Hermione and the baby are alright.

after Hermione and Ginny go over to Professor Dumbledore's office and explained what happened in Diagon Alley, Professor Dumbledore makes a promise that he would protect both Hermione and Draco whilst they are on Hogwarts grounds.    

Gryffindor common room 

Later Hermione and Ginny goes back to the Gryffindor common room to find Harry and Ron sitting by the fire playing wizard chess. "Hey girls, did you have fun?" Harry asks. "Well we did until something major happened." Ginny says. "Why? What happened?" Ron asks. "Well I suppose the best place to start is the beginning." Hermione says then she explains to Harry and Ron what happened when they were at Diagon Alley.   

"Oh my god! Does Draco know about this?" Harry says in shock. "Not yet, I'll tell him later cause he'll probably want to meet up with me." Hermione says. "This is urgent Hermione, you should tell him as soon as possible." "And I will, look it's been a hell of a day, I'm gonna go have a lie down, I'll see you later."    

Girl's dormitory    

So Hermione goes up to her dormitory and puts her bag beside her bed then she lays down on her bed and looks down at her stomach and places her hand on it. "I won't let anything happen to you, I promise." She says softly as she strokes her belly as she cries herself to sleep.    

Hermione is asleep for at least two hours until she is awoken by the opening of the dormitory door and Ginny comes in with a tray of food which she places on Hermione's bed side table. "Hermione are you awake?" Ginny asks and Hermione sits up. "Yeah just about." "Good" So Ginny sits on the bed. "You missed dinner but I didn't want to wake you, you needed rest. "Thanks Ginny." "No problem, you need a bit of looking after now that you're pregnant."    

Just at that moment an owl comes flying through the window, it was a letter for Hermione, so Hermione opens the letter and begins to read. "Who's it from?"Ginny asks. "Draco, I better go and see him after I've eaten this." "Ok, good you're thinking of the baby"    

Room of Requirement 

A couple of hours later Draco and Hermione are in bed together after making love after not being together for weeks, Hermione still hadn't told Draco what happened at Diagon Alley, she couldn't find the right moment because Draco wanted to make love with her and now as Hermione is laying on Draco's chest is Draco is stroking her hair.    

"So did you have fun shopping with Ginny today?" Draco asks. "Well I was until something major happened." Hermione says. "Why? What happened?" So she tells Draco what happened and she ends up crying in Draco's arms. "I'm so scared Draco, I can't do this!" Hermione cries. "Ssssshhh it's okay, you know I promised that I will keep you both safe and I'm being a coward on what I'm thinking." "Draco, I don't care what it is as long as you think it's the right thing to do, what is it?" "To run away"
