The Corridor
Three weeks have passed and Harry, Ron, Hermione & Ginny are walking to the Gryffindor common room after having lunch in the great hall, they have the afternoon off lessens so they can have the ability to revise.
"So any plans for this weekend then?" Ginny asks them all. "I've been picked for a Quidditch tournament against Beaux-Batons, I've been picked to be the seeker." Harry says. "Yeah and I've been picked to be the goal keeper." Ron adds. "But Harry spiked your drink on the morning of your first match." Hermione says."Yeah, well I guess I'll have to spike the drink again." Harry says, then they all start laughing & all of a sudden Draco comes along with his Slithering friends.
"And what are you Gryffindor's laughing about? Not like it's anything amusing" Draco says. "Back off Malfoy!" Harry says. "Make me! and& anyway I heard that you and Weaselbee are on the Hogwarts team for Quidditch!" "Ha! That's a joke, Wesley can't ever tie up his own shoe laces let alone play Quidditch" Pansy lathes.
"Shut up Parkinson!" Hermione says angrily. "And who invited you into this conversation?! You filthy little mud-blood, you'll always be the same old girl with the dirtiest blood!" Draco says with a hidden gilt, then Hermione runs back to the Gryffindor common room nearly in tears leaving Harry, Ron and Ginny with the Slithering's but they only stayed with them for three seconds before following Hermione.
Gryffindor common room
Hermione enters the Gryffindor common room and starts crying on the sofa, then Harry ,Ron and Ginny come in and join a tearful Hermione, Harry sits next to Hermione and gives her a cuddle.
"It's going to be alright Hermione, I know it's hard but it will get better." Harry says softly. "No it won't! I love him so much and I need him!" "I'm sure he loves you back but he just can't show it anymore and I'm sure he wants to be with you but he can't."
"I can't do this, I'm scared!" Hermione says sadly. "What have you got to be scared about? You two did what was best for the both of you, that is the most sensible thing any couple could do" "It's not that!" "Then what is it then?" "I think I'm pregnant." "Ohh bloody hell!" Harry yells & They all stair at her in shock.
"Harry!" Ginny says in anoints. "Hermione, it's ok, now what makes you think that you are?" Ginny asks. "I feel queasy at times & I keep getting up to be sick at night & now I'm late on my period! I'm so scared!" "Well I suggest you go talk to someone about this, Professor McGonagall we'll come with you, she will help you." Ron says. "Good idea Ron, Hermione, Ron is right, we'll come with you but I think you should go talk to McGonagall about this, now would be a good idea." Ginny says.
"You should Hermione, before it's too late." Harry agrees. "No, I can't! I'm scared!" Hermione cries. "It's okay."Ginny says why she hugs her. "Look McGonagall will understand, really she will, she'll keep it confidential if that's what you're worried about." Ginny says. "But how do you know that?" Hermione asks. "Cause I know, she will help you, I promise, please me, Harry and Ron will come with you & be with you." Ginny says.
"Please Hermione, I'm really worried about you, I am nervous for you, the sooner you find out the sooner you can deal with it, Please Hermione, for us." Harry asks."Fine." Hermione agrees. "Thank you, come on." Ginny says, so they get up,Harry with his arm round Hermione comforting her.
just as they are about to leave the common room for Professor McGonagall's office Neville comes up to them. "Is Hermione okay?" Neville asks. "Yeah, don't worry Neville, listen mate, we'll have a game of Wizard chess tonight as planned ok?" Ron answers. "Alright, catch you later!" Then Neville goes & sits back down with Shamus & Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny depart from the Gryffindor common room and make their way down to Professor McGonagall's office.

When they reach Professor McGonagall's office Harry knocks on the door & within a few seconds a voice saying 'Come in' was heard from inside the room, so Harry opens the door & all four of them walk in.
"Hermione really needs to talk to you Professor?" Harry says directly. "Ahh, well take a seat Miss Granger, would you like Mr Potter, Mr Wesley and Miss Wesley to stay with you?" McGonagall asks. "Yes please Professor." Hermione says as she takes a seat. "Ahh well in that case, could the three of you take a seat as well please, Mr Wesley could you close the door." "Sure." Says Ron, so Harry and Ginny sit on both sides of Hermione whilst Ron sit next to Harry who holds out his hand for Hermione witch Hermione takes.
"So what did you want to talk to me about Miss Granger?" McGonagall asks. "Professor... I think I'm pregnant." Hermione answers. "Ohh dear and what makes you think that you are with child my dear?" "I've been feeling queasy at times, I've been getting up in the night to be sick and I'm late on my period."
"Ohh dear, so you've had sexual intercourse?" McGonagall says. "Yes Professor" Hermione says with a little blush. "With who my I ask?" McGonagall asks giving the boy's a sideways look who both notes as they shack their heads vigorously. "Draco Malfoy!" McGonagall looks shocked. "Ohh right, well that's a huge surprise!" "I don't blame you." "Yes it is, right, well you four stay here while I go over to the hospital wing and talk to Madam Pomfrey & organised an appointment with her for you as soon as possible." "Okay." So Professor McGonagall leaves the office and closes the door behind her leaving Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny in the room then Hermione lets go of Harry's hand.
"See, that wasn't too bad was it?" Ginny says. "Suppose, but I'm unaware of what she's going to do now that she's found out." Hermione says. "She's gone over to the Hospital wing to book you an appointment with Madam Pomfrey as soon as possible." "Ugh! I really do hope that I'm not pregnant!"
"Don't worry it'll be okay, I'm going to be there for you and support you all the way." Harry says. "Thanks Harry, I really don't know what I'd do without you, you're such a great friend!" Then Hermione gives Harry a hug and he hugs her back, about five minutes later Professor McGonagall comes back into the office, shuts the door and sits back at her desk.
"Right Miss Granger, you will be seeing Madam Pomfrey during tomorrow's free period, you may take a friend with you." McGonagall say. "Thanks Professor, this situation will be kept confidential right?" Hermione asks. "Yes for the time being this situation will just be kept between us lot and Madam Pomfrey, but if you are Pregnant Miss Granger I will have to tell the headmaster and I'm afraid to say this but I'm going to have to make Mr Malfoy aware of it as well." "Ok Professor, thank you." "No problem Miss Granger, you fore may go now." "Ok thank you."
So Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny get up and are about to leave until... "Ohh and Miss Granger?" McGonagall says then Hermione turns around to face Professor McGonagall. "You did the right thing on coming to see me about this" Hermione smiles and leaves the office with Harry, Ron and Ginny then Harry closes the door behind them and they walk back to the Gryffindor common room.
