First Year-Sorting

             Oh I was over the moon I had no this is what it feels like to be a first-year but boy it felt great of course my grandfather couldn't take me to Diagon Alley he had pressing matters to deal with so I went with Uncle Severus he took me to get my books, my robes, my wand, and other things I'm his lovely assistant for the last 3 years and now I get to be his student he took me in to get fitted for my robes at Madam Malkin's the lady measuring me I stood next to a boy with blonde-hair I could tell he was a first-year as well his mother stood next to my Uncle Severus they were making conversation when the woman said "Come Draco let's go get the rest of your school supplies" he left and followed her out. Next we went and got my books I've already read them beforehand but that didn't matter so we ventured to Ollivander's where I got my wand a Yew wood with a 11 inch length, and a  Phoenix Feather core I was thrilled by it but I felt a strange sensation from it Uncle Severus took me back to Leaky Cauldron where I was staying for the moment. Next morning my trunk was packed with my clothes and books I noticed Uncle Severus waited on me as if he had to get to Hogwarts faster than I do he took me to King's Crossing he gave me my ticket and told me directions to get to the platform when I looked at my ticket I was going to ask him a question but he was gone I guess he was needed before everyone started showing up. I pushed my trolley that had my luggage to a location where I saw a redheaded family of four boys three went through a wall I was amazed by it. I pushed my trolley over almost running into a raven-haired boy with glasses and green eyes I said "How do you do that?" the redhead lady said "Your first time as well miss?" I nodded she said "It's Ron's first time as well" I saw something strange about the boy with glasses but I didn't say much when we took a running start and went through the wall and lord behold there Hogwarts Express was I remembered the stories the students told me about it and now seeing it with my eyes I was in awe. We came to the conductor who took our trunks I took my messenger bag the one grandfather got me for my birthday that I had put an extendable charm on to hold all my stuff and climbed aboard the train I saw lots of kids some older ones that recognized me from the start they had come up and hugged me and wondered if I was going to cause mischief this term or what I said "It's all up to Peeves he comes up with the plans I just execute them" I walked off and came to emptied compartment where the boy with glasses was I said "Hi, everywhere else is full can I join you?" he said "Sure" I sat down beside him I said "My name is Raven Dumbledore" he said "Harry Potter" I said "Oh, I've read about you in History of Magic The Rise and Fall of Dark Wizards" he said "Really? I'm in that?" I said "Yeah you are, I've been going to Hogwarts since I learned how to walk and talk my grandfather is the headmaster so I know everything about Hogwarts more than several of the books" he said "I'll keep that in mind". We talking about random things when a redhead boy came in he said "Hi, everywhere else is full can I join you two?" I patted the seat and he sat across from us he said "My name is Ron Weasley" Harry said "I'm Harry Potter and this Raven Dumbledore" he said "The Raven?" I said "Yeah, you heard of me?" he said "My brothers Fred and George say you're a legend in pranks" I said "Well legend, I thought I was the queen" smirking a wicked smile.

                 Getting off the train we were in our robes and headed to the boats where Hagrid was waiting for first-years I went and hugged him he patted me on the back he said "Miss Raven, I was delighted to hear you be starting this term" I said "Oh really, who told you that?" he said "You know who did that he's been telling every one of the staff" I blushed I said "That silly old man he loves me". We climbed into the boat Harry, Ron, a bushing haired girl and me I knew about the octopus or is it squid I get them mixed up that lives in Black Lake I call it my pet it loves the treats I give him and his favorite is peanut butter sandwiches go figure. We got out of the boat and came to the doors where we were greeted by my Aunt Minnie to everyone else Professor McGonagall she winked at me and went on about the houses there being four of them and what they all stand for and that house is a family we earn points and lose points knowing me I would be losing points because of my pranks then winning because of my brilliant mind. I saw she had walked off and we were left to mingle a bit when I heard someone say "Rumors are true as they say Harry Potter has come to Hogwarts" we all turned to seeing him he extended his hand he said "I'm Malfoy, Draco Malfoy" I rolled my eyes he seemed like a pompous git Ron saw my eye roll and was laughing to the point Draco said "What's so funny? I can tell who you are, red hair and poor clothes you must be a Weasley" I really didn't like this guy I said "You done Draco with your snide remarks" he turned to see me there he started to say when Aunt Minnie came and grabbed us to be sorted I already know my first prank is going to be and it will be on him. I saw my older friends from when I was doing errands or pranks they waved at me Aunt Minnie called students up to be sorted one by one they went few to Slytherin majority went to Gryffindor then Aunt Minnie said "Raven Dumbledore" everyone was muttering that name then I strutted up there to the stool she put the hat on my head and he began accessing my mind he said "I wondered when you show up Miss Raven The Prankster Queen" I said "Oh at least you're calling me that, I was told I'm a legend" he said "I believe Peeves is awaiting your beckoning call" I said "Good, I already have a victim in mind" he said "Already, let's get you sorted shall we". The sorting hat is a friend of mine he speak about random things then again I came up with his phrases he speaks to the first-years he said "I haven't had this much problems sorting since I don't know when you have characteristics of a Slytherin and a Gryffindor" I remembered grandfather telling me I had a choice as well I said "Well grandfather was a Gryffindor might as well.." sorting hat said "You sure, your pranks is a Slytherin thing" I said "I'm sure" he said "Let it be GRYFFINDOR!' I got up from the stool and the hat was removed as I came to sit down by Ron and Harry I looked over to my older friends when they said loudly "WE GOT THE PRANKSTER QUEEN!". We were allowed to eat and I was already accustomed to the food here not like the rest of the first years and afterwards we headed to our houses where we were greeted by Peeves he was being a butt-head when he recognized me he said "My queen" I said "At ease soldier" he said "What are my orders my queen?" I said "Nothing tonight but tomorrow maybe" he said "Then I await your orders" and he flew off Ron said "You really got him wrapped around your finger" I said "Well, I'm his favorite person".
