1st Task-Dragons

RAVEN

                  Hagrid told me the first task was dragons hoping I be prepared for it I thanked him but the notion of being burned alive was not what I had in mind but then again someone went to a lot of work to put my name in the goblet I guess I should see where this leads me. Uncle Severus went to providing me ways of subduing a dragon I admit he wasn't being too kindly with it but I need to be able to walk out alive so hard and sore is the better way to go. Day of the task I was in tent with everyone else no one talking to me I assume nerves Ludo Bagman came in with a pouch of small dragons ladies first Fleur picked her's a Common Welsh Green, I picked a Norweign Ridgeback, Cedric picked Swedish Short-Snout, Viktor picked Chinese Fireball and Harry picked Hungarian Horntail. The order of the champions is Cedric, Fleur, Viktor, Harry and then me I heard the first three go through and pass on to the next task leaving Harry and me in the tent to wait I grabbed his hand before he walked out I went and hugged him close I said "Don't die out there Harry, just survive" he said "You do too Raven" we broke apart I could tell something was off I kissed him on the cheek for good luck and he left I was waiting and waiting then heard the horn meaning Harry moves on to the next task now it's my turn I walked out of there not knowing what to do I saw a nest of eggs in far off distance that was goal finding the golden egg should be easy enough so where's the bloody dragon guarding said egg. I walked using my stealth my ninja-mode I took a step hiding from the dragon's view I was inching closer to the nest I was within reach when the lord and behold the dragon showed up and got defensive bellowing it's fire at me I hid behind a boulder I kept thinking I can do this the fire hitting the boulder and feeling the ground shake I know how to extinguish the fire with water I went and dodged away from the boulder went running away as hard as I could I went to get far enough distance but tripped over a rock cutting my pants leg blood seeping from my leg the dragon came toward me I went to take my wand out but it wouldn't work not what I need it to do I put it back inside my boot the dragon coming I closed my eyes and shot out water when the dragon shot fire at me it was a battle of force it was enough that I slipped away. I went to the nest and found the egg lifted it up when the ground shook and a shadow of the dragon showed up behind me I clutched the egg to me I thought about how to escape now I turned to face the dragon it was about to get me I placed the egg by my foot it went and shot fire at me once again but I put my arms up to block it when the fire came close to me but it bounced off around I didn't understand it the dragon's wing couldn't touch me either so I picked up the egg and went to running away to escape when I realized blood was dripping not just from my leg but my nose and my vision was becoming blurred I guess blood loss or something I was staggering about and fell down on the ground.

               I don't remember much afterwards than waking up in Hospital Wing many days later I was greeted by flowers, cards, and candy I saw my leg healed up and Draco in the chair by my side I said "Hey there Slytherin Prince" my nickname for him he took my hand he said "Hello Gryffindor Princess" I smiled and said "So, how long have I been out?" he said "Three days" I said "I must've of failed the task" he said "Actually you're in first place, Potter and Viktor tied for second, Cedric in third and Fleur in last place" I said "I took first place? Why?" he said "You did wandless magic everyone was shocked and wanted to know how you did it" I said "Well I've been practicing and it's not hard really". I raised up from the bed to having a pillow propped up behind me he leaned over to me in his chair he said "Sorry I've been avoiding you" I said "That's what you're calling it? I thought you were distancing yourself from me like everyone else has" he said "I deserved that, I know you didn't put your name in the goblet because majority of the time you were with me or in class" I said "Of course majority of the time I was with you doing naughty things" he leaned in he said "I wonder if you can still do those naughty things?" I leaned in closer to him I said "Oh yeah but not here don't want Madam Pomfrey to interrupt?" he said "When you're cleared we can go to our spot and catch up" I said "Okay" then our lips touched and we were kissing.
