Scarrlet's P.O.V

Dante sat there and thought for a moment. He turned to look at the guy. He turned back to Lady Aphmau and said . . .

"Yes. I will do it Lady Aphmau. You go and do what you need to do, I got this."

"Thank you, Dante. Just bring him to my house. And make sure that Lady Scarrlet gets back to her ship safely. If anything happens to her Okasis and Phoenix Drop would most likely be at war. We would also most definitely be at war New Burrow, the town she is from. Don't disappoint me," she told Dante. Lady Aphmau led her guards back to the village.

That, that sorry excuse for a man walked over to us. He smirked. My guards got suspicious so they stepped in front of me.

"Come on Scarrlet! You can't hide behind your guards. Not from your own father," he said, "And Dante is here too! Its like a family reunion."

I pushed past my guards and stood next to Dante. He smiled at me. He then turned to father and said, "If you would follow me, I will show you to Lord Aphmau's house." He then turned around and we followed.

We walked all the way through town. When we arrived at the top of a hill I looked around. There is a purple and white house. Outside the house there is a small playground. I saw that there are 3 people in the playground. There is an elf girl with blond hair. And two little boys. One has blond hair and blue eyes, and one has brown hair and green eyes.

I told my guards to stay here. I walked over to them and watched them play. After about a minute the elf saw me and smile.

"Hi there! My name is Zoey! What's yours?" Zoey asked.

"My name is Scarrlet. Are these adorable little boys yours?" I asked.

"Oh, Levin and Malichi. No. They are the Lord's sons. I just watch them for her when she is the village," Zoey told me, "If you don't mind me asking, why are you here?"

"I am here with Sir Dante. He needed to show someone to the Lord's house for Lady Aphmau. Lady Aphmau also wanted him to escort me back to my ship," I told her.

"Cool! I hate to ask this of you, but will you help me bring the boys upstairs for bedtime? I can do it myself, it just Malichi is still getting used to being a human again. He was a ghost for hundreds of years. And when Levin gets tired he doesn't move," she said/asked.

"Of course I'll help! I love kids so it will be amazing," I said with fake sincerity.

"Great! Just pick up Malichi and follow me," she said gratefully.

I picked up Malichi when Zoey picked up Levin. We walked into the house and up the stairs. Once we got upstairs we walked into the room on the left. When I stepped in I saw an amazing nursery! There were two beds for the boys. There is a sign above both beds. One says Levin and the other says Malichi. There are toys scattered around the room. There is a blue and white carpet in the middle. The walls are painted a very light grey.

We set the boys down on there beds. They got under the blankets and said, "We want stowy pweez!"

"I don't have any more right now. I need to go to the library and get more. Sorry boys," Zoey told them.

"Its okay Zoey. I can tell them one if you want," I said.

"Okay sure. Boys Lady Scarrlet is gonna tell you a story. So be nice. I will be back later," Zoey said leaving.

"Alrighty. What kinds of storirs do you like?" I asked them.

"Real Stowies pweez!" they yelled.

"Okay. This a story about a girl named Scarrlet. 5 years ago Scarrlet Williams was playing in the garden. Her father was out doing lord stuff. Suddenly, her brother Dante came over and told her that there was an attack on the village. The village of New Burrow. That there were werewolves attacking the village. He led her into the house. She looked outside to see her brother, Gene, the head guard, fighting the werewolves. He was attacked from behind and killed. Killed right in front of Scarrlet. After that the werewolves retreated. The village mourned the deaths. Scarrlets father forbid her from leaving the house without someone. Late at night she would sneak out to train. Train to fight. She learned how to wield a sword and how to protect herself. One year ago the man she was supposed to marry died. She swore she would stop whoever killed him from killing anyone else. That person still hasn't been caught. To this day she is looking for that person. She is also searching for the werewolf tribe that killed her brother. Only a few people know where she is now, but there is a rumor that if you are near her you can still see the pain and suffering in her eyes. The End!"

I looked over to see the boys asleep. How cute! I think I now how I am going to get Garroth to come into my ship.

Wow! I wonder how she will get him to her ship? Oh wait, I wrote it... I should know how she gets him to her ship. Anyways guys, I hope you enjoyed this chapter of the Assassin. See you in the next chapter My Protectors!
