Its Time

Scarrlet's P.O.V

It has been a couple of days since my father has come and left. He wanted to unite the villages. Aphmau refused. He left after that. I decided to put my plan in motion today.

Garroth and I are currently walking back to my ship after our training. I tired him out, so it should be easy to get him to come. As we walked past the plaza we heard a scream. We quickly ran towards the plaza to see "bandits" (a.k.a my guards dressed up) attacking. All of the guards of Phoenix Drop, including the lord, were knocked out. We went into action.

Garroth charges at the bandits. They ran away, but Garroth followed. I told Zoey to look after everyone and that I will be back. I went after Garroth. I found him pinned to the ground by John. Kole was getting a potion out of his bag. He threw it on the ground and Levin and Malichi appeared, passed out, tied up, and gagged. I smirked. Perfect.

I went over to John, who now has Garroth tied up to a tree. I traded places with him and took out my sword. I slowly dragged it down his arm, cutting it open. Luckily he was gagged, or there might have been some people coming this way.

I then ungagged Garroth. I nodded to Kole and John who went over to the children and held swords to their throats. Garroth just glared at me. I smirked and said, "This is how its gonna go, you will come with me back to Okasis and I will let the little demons free."

"And if I don't?" He asked.

"Simple. There would be two fewer kids in this sorry excuse for a village," I said still smirking.

"You wouldn't," he said.

"Watch me," I told him with a smirk. I walked over and had my sword pressed against Levin's stomach.

"Fine, just let them go," Garroth said.

"Alright. Boys send them back," I told my guards walking back over to Garroth. They teleported them back. John handed me a potion. I turned back to Garroth, "Just to make sure you don't escape, I'm going to mind control you." I threw the potion at him.

He blinked a couple of times. He looked at me and I saw that his eyes had a hint of red in them. I smirked. I then gave him color-changing contacts. He put them in and his eyes looked normal. John went over and untied him he stood up and bowed down to me.

When he rose I said, "Act like you normally do. We don't want to raise suspicion. Here's the plan to get out of here. John and Kole are gonna teleport back to the ship. You will go back to the village carrying a stabbed me. You will say that I need to go back to Okasis for healing there. You will accompany me saying that you don't trust my guards enough."

"Yes ma'am," he said.

I nodded and turned around. John walked up to me and stabbed me in the gut. It hurt like the nether, but I'm used to it. John does this any time I need to get away with someone. I put a barrier around it to stop the bleeding. I will remove it when we get closer. I grunted in fake pain because I needed to start acting right now. My guards teleported away. I sheathed my sword. Garroth came over to me. I took out a container and covered him in blood so it looked believable. I would also drop the blood in a trail on our way back to make it believable. I made a pool of blood on the ground as well.

Garroth picked me up bridal style and carried me back to the village. When we got back I took the barrier off of my wound. I started to bleed freely. I faked being unconscious as Garroth quickly ran me to my ship. We passed a now conscious Aphmau, Laurence, and Dante on the way. They saw me and quickly followed.

We got to the ship and my guards were there to meet us. Kole took me into his arms and brought me to my room. Everyone followed.

"WHAT HAPPENED TO MY SISTER?!?!?!" I heard Dante yell.

"I tried to protect her but I couldn't. Once we got to the clearing more bandits appeared. We fought off most of them, but I didn't notice the one coming from behind me. She stepped in front of the blade because she didn't want anyone else she knows to die. Die as Gene and Vylad did. If I could stop her from doing that, trust me I would. But now I need to get her back to Okasis. Laurence take my position while I am gone. And before you say anything, it's my fault. I need to go. I will send Raven to you when I find out what's gonna happen to her. Now we need to go before she dies so see you later, I guess," I heard Garroth lie. Wow. He's good at lying.

I heard people moving. I opened my eyes once Garroth says we were leaving. He also said that the others hope I survive. Oh my, Irene, these people at WAY too kind. That could get them killed someday. Oh well.

I got out of bed and put a barrier around my wound. I didn't want to bleed out on my way back home. I changed into something that would cover my wound.

I went to my office and wrote all that has happened in my notebook.

I thought about all the innocent people that I have either tricked, kidnapped, or assassinated. And I can honestly say that I love who I have become.
