If you feel this,
just relax,
take a deep breath.
Repeat these words, "take it easy and relax,"
look at peaceful images,
or you can do tai-chi and yoga.

Anger,
is temporary.
Don't say words,
you're going to regret later.

If you feel this,
make a plan on how,
to solve the problem.
Better communication is the key,
don't jump to conclusions,
don't overreact.

Anger,
can destroy relationships.
Try to slow down,
and think about what to say.

If you feel this,
try to understand,
what the other says before responding.
Listen to his reasons,
listening is vital,
don't you ever forget that.

Anger,
is dangerous.
It can lead to destruction,
certainly, you won't like the result.
