"what the hell, Hannah! why in the hell would you do something like that?" Hayes yelled through the phone, it had been four days since Sam and the incident where he slept with Hannah. Hayes regretted it so much.
"oh what ever, Grier. grow a pair and shut up. you're acting like a five year old," Hannah sighed.
"I have a right to be acting like a five year old, Hannah! what is your problem?" Hayes was furious, no, he was beyond furious--he was pissed.
"god damn, Hayes! don't you dare act like I pressured you or some shit, you wanted me as bad as I wanted you!" Hannah said, hanging up and throwing her phone on her bed and pacing around her room, running her hand through her hair, out of anger.
Hayes threw his phone across the room yelling profanities, before Liz came up and decided to stop her sons break down. she knocked on the door, no answer, so she opened the door, revealing Hayes sat on the floor, his back against a wall, his legs bent upwards, his elbows on his knees and his head hung low.
"honey, what's wrong?" Liz spoke softly.
"nothing. where's Nash?" Hayes asked.
"he's out right now. you can talk to me, though, darling," Liz sighs.
"I don't want to talk, I want Sam!" Hayes yelled. "shit, I meant Nash. I-I-I meant Nash not Sam!" Hayes said, not caring if tears fell anymore. Liz knew a little bit about their breakup. nothing more than it was bad, but she knew enough that they had broken up, and she thinks both of them are hurt pretty equally.
"I know honey, but I'm here, talk to me," Liz said calmly, rubbing his arm.
"I-I-I slept with another girl because Sammy wasn't ready, and-and I wanted to-to have sex, but-but she wasn't ready, so I-I-I-I broke up with the only girl who made me feel whole," Hayes stuttered out, breaking Liz's heart, fore her baby boy was breaking, piece by piece, right in front of her eyes. while Liz was comforting Hayes, Sam was in her room, alone.
-
Sam may have been physically alone, but she had liquor with her, what more could you possibly need to cure a broken heart? Sam was laying in her bed, with blankets and pillows all over the place. she was sitting in the corner of her bed, where two walls met. she was drinking her sorrows away with a bottle of Jack Daniels--her favourite alcohol.
"at least I have you, huh, Jack? always gonna be a constant," she mumbled to herself. a knock came from the door, "what the hell do you want?" she yelled, a female figure opened her door, she was confused, because she wasn't aware that Blaire was stopping by, they weren't on the best terms as if now, and that was the only other female she associated with, fore her mother left when she was six.
"hey," the random spoke, she knew then that it was Hannah Mayers.
"what the hell do you think you're doing?" Sam asked through gritted teeth.
"I just wanted to drop by my best friends house--or apartment thing, to see how she was doing?" Hannah said, lying through her teeth, she was there to see what Hayes saw--well I suppose sees-- in her.
"condo, Hannah, it's a condo. and, Hannah you haven't talked to me since sixth grade when you ditched me to be popular," Sam said, bringing the bottle up to her lips once more, and downing a shot or two. "why are you really here, Hannah, don't play games with me."
