Great escape

I felt something close to a lighting bolt run through my veins and shock me. I winced and my eyebrows met in the center of my forehead in a downward peak shape. Something was up. My heart started skipping beats at a time. My running speed increased as the connection between me and Elizabeth grew stronger. It seemed like it would go on for miles, the trail looked like they would be years apart. Then something big came into view. It was a metal bird cage sitting in the air over a maze of caverns. That was where the connection was strongest. Elizabeth must be there, she just has to be. We slide down the cliff and look up at the huge walls. They were taller than diane and werent going to be easy to tread through. The height of this maze was intimidating., but I took a step forward. I took the step that would make any creature or non living thing back down. And I continued.

Elizabeth p.o.v.

I again woke up to black but not in the center if the room, next to the glass I had recently punched. I sigh. My body hurts. I get up facing away from the glass in anticipation for what I thought wouldn't even be a scratch on it. I turn around and look. There was a gaping hole , but it only lead to more darkness. Its a bit annoying but I step through and start running like something scary was behind me. asked I got closer to nothing, I see a metal door. A door to who knows what. There was no telling what would be behind that door but I gave me hope. I run faster trying to reach it but my luck had ran out. A man stood tall before me. Looming over my small stature. I back up to run away but he grabs my arm and throws my into his body, holding me. "Let Go!" I scream. My voice echoed around me. Like there were walls that it was bouncing off but from far away. My heart started to race and then there was a pinching sensation in my heart. It felt like, meliodas was very close to me. I growl and squirm to get away from the man's grasp, but to no avail. the man chuckled deeply and I stopped. "Your not going anywhere. Your too weak to stop me. Princess. " I freeze. My body grew hotter and hotter by the second. I was getting...... Angry. I put a hand up and it sent the man flying through the wall. "Do I look like I have the time for you? Yes I am a princess, therefore , you are below me. Dare you ask for life I will not hesitate to end you" I spoke sternly. Meliodas rose from the hole in the wall that led to the outside dragging the taller man by the collar of his coat. "Woah" he said, staring at me in awe. I huff and walk past him finally escaping that cage. I grab the man by his ankle and drop him into the maze from the stairs case we were on. I dust my hands and continue my strut. melidoas lingers behind me . diane adds commentary " that was surely a great escape" she said with sparkles in her eyes. And I nod my head yes
