Chapter 7 : i cant do it

We woke up the next morning and only then did we realise how much mess we had made last night. There was popcorn and crisps all over the floor. There  had been drinks spilt. And there was a balloon sitting at the bottom of my bed. "We had balloons last night." Kenzie said looking very confused. "Not that I can remember" I said just as confused. Suddenly a shout came from downstairs. "Girls wakes wakey we are going Christmas shopping" me and Kenzie turned and shared a scared look then at the speed of lightning began to clean up. By the time we were done it actually looked half decent once again. "I'm proud of us" I said looking at my clean room. "Me too. We are a great team" Kenzie said wrapping her arm around me. Then the door was opened. "Are you guys nearly ready. We need to get going" Hayley said clearly very excited about going Christmas shopping. "Two minutes" i said and we both got changed. Then we were on our way. Me and Kenzie got matching sweaters that said "XMAS BESTIES" on the front. I must admit we did look adorable wearing them. I also bought a cute little pink Christmas tree for my bedroom and Kenzie bought a few presents for Maddie.
