"Oh is this about who you like?" Kenzie said looking a little sad for some reason. "Well yes actually" I said. "I have a feeling I know who it is" she said and I smiled hoping that she would just say she knew it was her and I wouldn't have to actually say it. "You do ?" I said. "Yeah it's Jayden isn't it" she said looking down at her feet. "What no" I said. "No no me an dhaydne we are just friends I swear" I said. "Oh who is it then?" She asked and I began to get scared. "Well it's uh you kenz" I said. " m me?" She stuttered out. "Yeah I've liked you for a while now and at first I didn't know what was happening. I didn't know if I just liked you as a best friend or if I actually liked you liked you but I do know now and I really do think I'm falling for you and it's completely ok if you don't feel the same way I will understand I -" I began to take Ramble but she cut me off but pressing her lips against mine. It was a short kiss but it was the best kiss ever. It may sound cheesy but it felt like I was flying. Her lips tasted exactly like candy floss and I loved it. When she pulled away and I stood there rather shocked for a second before finally speaking. "So you like me back?" I asked. "Of course I do Anns" she said smiling as if she'd just won the lottery and that's sure how I felt. But I had won more than the lottery I had won the heart of Kenzie. That was all I ever wanted.
