~Laurence P.O.V~

Once I got to the grocery store, I went to buy the essentials. I was in the cereal aisle when I ran into someone familiar.

"Dante?" I haven't seen him in years and he has... omg there are 2 kids with him?!

"Laurence?! Omg, it's been forever" he smiled. He was buying a lot of stuff.

"Yea man how has life been treating you?" I asked, there was a boy around 6 walking beside him and a little girl in the cart.

"Well it's been great, Nicole and I got married," he said. Well, I can see that.

"That's amazing and I'm guessing these are your kids?" I sat motioning to the 2.

"Yep this is Dimitri and Nekoette," he said. I smiled at them.

"Dad who is this man?" Dimitri asked.

"He's an old friend, so how are everyone and you. Are you still with Aphmau?" He asked. Welp time to explain again.

"Well everyone is doing great, I'm not sure if you keep up with social media but Katelyn is a singer, Travis is a volleyball player, you obviously know my sister is our mayor, kawaii chan owns a restaurant and Y/N and I are going on a date tonight" I explained.

"Wow wait wasn't Y/N with Aaron?" He asked.

"Aaron cheated on Y/N with Aphmau" I explained.

"Wow well I'm glad you finally have Y/N but how are you?" I forgot to tell him about me.

"Ever heard of Z fashion," I asked, Nekoette looked up.

"Yea mommy wears that, it's pretty," she said. I chuckled.

"Well guess who owns that company?" I continued.

"No way wow man, never knew you liked fashion," Dante said.

"Yea people didn't really have good clothes and Cadenza helped a lot" I brushed it off. He nodded.

"Well we should have a drink and catch up sometime, I got to go. Come on Dimitri" he said walking away.

"Bye mister," he said, I chuckled. His kids are adorable. I went to the cash and paid for my food. I've been here for too long. I got into my car and drove back to Y/N apartment. Oh, my way there I made a call.

"Hey yea, it's me can I make a reservation. Yea okay thank you" I called the restaurant for tonight. I'm so excited. I arrived at Y/N apartment, I hope she didn't worry.

~Y/N P.O.V~

I was watching TV waiting for Laurence, why did he need to buy food, I'm losing this place in a few days anyway. I heard the sound of keys in my door, he's back.

"Hey babe" he smiled seeing me. I walked over to him.

"Did you really need to buy food?" I asked him, he walked to the kitchen.

"Yes you have nothing to eat," he said I rolled my eyes.

"Hey guess who I ran into?" He said. Who could this person be?

"Who?" I asked sitting on my stool.

"Dante and his kids" Dante has kids?! Wow.

"He has kids and he's married?" He grew up a lot since high school.

"Married to Nicole," he said. Aww, they stayed together.

"That's so cute, well I'm happy for him" I smiled. Laurence started making food.

"Yasss food I'm hungry" I yelled. He chuckled.

"You wouldn't be if you had food" I groaned. Walking to the tv.
