~Laurence P.O.V~

"Do I really have to answer that you already know?" she said, I chuckled.

"I know, but I want to hear it" I smirked. I know we are both drunk and broken but this is fun.

"Fine, Laurence I had a crush on you," she says, I rolled my eyes.

"Had, what about now?" I asked.

"I just got cheated on by my boyfriend and I'm drunk so had is the answer" she crossed her arms.

"Come on Y/N don't hurt a guy while he's down" I pretended to act stabbed.

"I missed you" she smiled leaning back.

"I missed you too N/N," I said.

"So how did you met Aphmau?" She asked. It's only fair that I tell her after she told me.

"After you started dating that shirtless dick, I was upset. I really liked you and you chose him. Aphmau was new and I kinda flirted with her but Garroth also liked her, she chose me to date and we dated since. I gave her everything, made her feel special and she chose to break me" I explained. She smirked.

"You just admitted that you liked me also" she stood proudly.

"I never said I stopped darling" she blushed and froze. I chuckled. 

"So you like me?" She asked. I nodded.

"I know we just found out our other cheated on us but I've liked you since high school" I admitted.

"I'm glad because I wish I chose you instead of him," she said. I smiled.

"Wanna leave this bar and catch up, I swear you won't regret it," I said, she nodded.

"I'm hungry so let's go" she grabbed her bag and we left the bar. I breathe in the smooth nice air, that bar is like dead air. Y/N and I walked down the street all the way to a small cafe, I use to come here with Aphmau.

"So how has life been Laurence?" She asked.

"Well now that you are in my life a lot better" I flirted smoothly.

"Are you flirting with me, Laurence?" She asked. I forgot how much I missed her. I missed the way she smiled and the smell of her perfume. I miss her attitude and the way she is so confident. Y/N has never been one to be shy and hid anything.

"Yes I'm flirting with you" I smiled at her, she giggled. Her giggle is like a melody. We walked into the cafe she stumbled a little while sitting down, I forgot that she drank a lot of beer earlier.

"Hello I am Jessica and I will be your waitress this evening" a nice looking woman, with brown hair wearing a purple uniform. She smiled brightly at us, she had a very friendly and calm aura around her.

"Nice to meet you, Jessica, I'm Laurence and this is Y/N" I introduced us, I don't know why but I just did.

"What can I get for you, two lovely people?" She asked.

"Umm, can I have 2 burgers and one orange soda and a strawberry milkshake" I ordered for both of us. Y/N smiled.

"Coming right up" she bounces away, she was really nice.

"You remembered my order," Y/N said very, happy with that fact.

"How could I forget anything about you," I said.

"Laurence I'm sorry, I'm sorry for ditching our friendship to be with Aaron" she explained. I looked at her.

"Y/N it's fine I'm glad I got to see you again" I can't believe I lasted 4 years without her in my life. I've missed her.

~Y/N P.O.V~

I've missed Laurence, we use to be so close he even remembered my favorite order. That girl Jessica was really nice and she was nice just to be nice, not to flirt with Laurence or for her job she was genuinely nice. Soon our food arrived and Jessica wishes us well on our meal. I swear there is nothing sweeter than her.

"So how is everyone?" I asked him, referring to everyone.

"Well, Garroth and I are still pretty close. My sister is the mayor but you probably knew that. Katelyn is a singer and kawaii chan is a chef, Travis became a volleyball player ironic since he was hit with one in high school and I haven't heard from Dante since college" he explained. I missed a lot.

"What about you is the soccer player still playing soccer?" I asked. He shook his head.

"Haven't played since college, maybe we can play a game in the future" he offered. I loved beating his ass in soccer.

"You're on Zvahl but you didn't tell me what you do now," I asked again. Why is he avoiding my question? 

"I worked for Ro'mave Inc for 3 years and last year I started up my own business, have you hear of Z fashion?" He explained, I gasped. 

"You are the owner of Z fashion, OMG that's all I wear" I yelled, he chuckled. 

"And you look hella sexy in them" He flirted, I took a breath, he makes my heart beat rise. I've always liked Laurence but he never asked me out so I chose Aaron, he wanted me then and maybe Laurence wants me now. I've missed him so much. 

"No but seriously you actually own Z fashion?" I can't believe him, Z fashion is the brand new huge fashion statement to hit the world, plus Laurence was never into fashion. 

"Yes believe Y/N" He chuckled again. 

"But you never liked fashion?" I asked. This is so hard to understand. 

"My sister is a fashion designer and Aphmau helped me set it up, I've been watching girls and been around girls my whole life so I picked up on a few things plus guys don't have good clothes to go by" He spoke about it with so much passion. It was really cute and hot. 

"I can't believe this my friends have been doing so well with life," I said. He tilted his head. 

"What about you?" He asked. Yeah about me. 

"Well I haven't really done anything I was dating Aaron who is the owner of a huge company but I just stayed home and did nothing" I explained, I'm not successful like the people I used to be friends with. 

"Wow maybe that will change in the future, what do you want to do?" He asked I smiled. 

"D/J, I've always wanted to do that it in my life" I beamed talking about my passion. (Okay D/J is dream job, it can be anything, it doesn't even need to be realistic, this an AU nothing is real).

"Wow that's amazing, I believe you will achieve that dream" He encouraged, I smiled. Knowing he has confidence in me helps a lot. 

"Wanna leave this place?" He asked, we were done eating and it's almost closing time. 

"Sure, where to?" I asked getting up and taking my bag that has a huge Z on it, see I wear a lot of Z fashion. 

"Well it's getting late how about I drop you at your house and we call it a night, tomorrow we can play soccer," He said while we left the cafe. I wish this night wasn't over. 

"You're on prepare to be, beat" I giggled. 

"In your dreams Y/N" We both laughed, it's so easy with Laurence. I've missed him. 

Hi, so yea still no smut, I'm still not sure if this one will just be cute or have an R-rated scene, I really like the development of this Laurence x reader. It's so fun to write once I get into the flow so I'm having fun. Also creating the characters in this AU is fun.
