They broke us (Laurence x reader)

~Y/N P.O.V~ 

After eating our food, Laurence brought me back home. Tonight was an incredible date. I'm so excited for tomorrow, I get to hang out with everyone again, well everyone but the two that shall not be named. Laurence kissed me goodnight at the door, I wish he would have stayed but he needed to go home, he hasn't been there in a few days. It felt empty without him in my bed next to me. I woke up the next morning, showered and got dressed then went to eat breakfast. I decided that I would go for a walk today, I haven't been alone and walked for a while, need that exercise you know. Today was beautiful, the sun was shining and people were walking their dog, playing with their kids or having a picnic. I walked through the park, waving at the people passing by, I use to walk here really sad because Aaron wasn't ever home and now I'm happy and actually smiling. I walked over to the pound, the ducks were quaking, it was cute. I went to sit on a rock and fed them, it was so peaceful. I wasn't paying attention and heard someone shout, I got a volleyball pass by my head almost hitting me. 

"Omg are you okay miss?" A little white haired girl around the age of 4 came over to get the ball. 

"It's okay sweety next time watch out, here is your ball," I said getting up and getting it for her. She smiled, she looked so cute with her white hair and green eyes. 

"I didn't throw it, daddy did," She said pointing over to a man with white hair. He came running over. 

"Sorry about that, didn't know I would be almost hitting a pretty woman like yourself" He flirted, I giggled. 

"It's all okay, your daughter is cute," I said, he smiled. He looked really familiar. 

"I know just like her mother," He said, smiling sadly. 

"Hey this might sound weird but you look really familiar," I said, he lifted an eyebrow. 

"I would have remembered meeting such an angel but my names Travis," He said, omg this is the Travis from high school, wow he's changed. 

"Travis, omg it's me Y/N," I said, his eyes widen. 

"Omg Y/N I haven't seen you since before you went out with Aaron, speaking of that how is everything?" He asked. 

"We broke up, he cheated on me with Laurence's girlfriend and now we are dating" I explained, he was shocked. 

"Wow I'm so sorry and happy for you both, Laurence never stopped talking about you in high school," He said, I laughed. 

"I'm happy too" I smiled. His daughter looked at me. 

"Who is she, daddy?" She asked. she is so cute. 

"This is Y/N a friend from high school," He said, she nodded. 

"Did you know mommy?" She asked me, I don't even know who her mommy is. 

"No sweety she doesn't, I met mommy after college," He said, picking her up in his arms. 

"Oki, well bye miss Y/N, daddy let's go play," She said, I giggled she so adorable. 

"It was nice talking to ya Y/N, hey are you going to the club that Garroth invited us all too?" He asked. 

"Yep, I'm guessing you will be there too, can't wait to catch up tonight" He nodded and left with his daughter. I had no idea Travis was with someone after being dumped by Katelyn. Wow, a lot has changed over the years. I decided to go back home, it was already lunch and maybe Laurence will want to come over. 

~Laurence P.O.V~

Sleeping alone felt empty, maybe I will ask Y/N to move in with me when she loses her apartment. I woke up and got ready for the day. Garroth called me at 3 in the morning, he really isn't used to being in the same time zone, he called to ask if I wanted to come and check out the club before tonight. I can't really deny a Garroth request since I owe him so much for letting me learn business skills for 3 years. I stopped at the cafe to get some food before going.
