Peter lay on Tony's chest asleep. He was home and safe after a week. Peter and Tony had laid down on the couch and watched Robin Hood before sleep clutched Peter.

The say rage was slowing boiling in Tony's blood as he was falling asleep was an understatement. Everyone was going to pay; the kid who did this (Tony thought Peter had mentioned someone called Flash before), Steve for not acting fast enough, the school for letting this get too far.

The next morning, Peter was upstairs working on homework that Ned had sent him as Tony was downstairs having a one way conversation with Rhodes.

'Tony, chill-'

'Did you see him! He had to get surgery! He didn't want to fight them because he's the Good Samaritan and doesn't want to hurt the other boys, I wish Steve rubbed onto him less-'

'Tony, we will sort this out.'

'Ok, but first I'm bringing that kid down, get him suspended at least.'

'Actually,' Vision phased through the wall to join the conversation, 'Eugene Thompson's parents are on the board of Management and are large investors. The school can not afford to lose that over bullying.'

Tony flopped down on the couch beside Rhodey. 'Ok, I'll sue them.'

'There's a video online of Peter flipping over a kid. They would use that against him.'

'That's my son- and sometimes, I just hate the internet.'

As Tony lay there, an idea popped into his head. 'A press conference!'

'You already did one saying that Peter was Pepper's kid ages ago.'

'But what if he was Pepper and my kid.'

'But his second name is Parker, that's gonna raise a lot of questions for Pepper.'

'Why?'

'Because Mr. Stark, of a thing called sexism. I don't get the understanding behind it, but it exists in society.' Vision stood there, happy to contribute.

'Why not tell the truth?'

Everyone turned to see Peter at the doorway leaning on his crutches. 'It's time dad.'

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Peter hated everyone's roar. Even through earplugs his dad gave him, It was so loud from the backstage. Cameras aimed everywhere, interviewers preparing excitedly for 'Tony's big announcement.'
'Ready Underoos.' Tony's calloused hand patted Peter gently on the shoulder.
Peter just nodded, his gaze focused outwards.
'Kiddo, relax, you've done this before.'
'How?'
'The youth have a natural affinity for attention.'
And out Tony went.
He raised and lowered his hand, causing the press to sit back down and the camera flares to be shut down.
'Thank You. Now I try to keep my personal life out of the limelight.' A small snicker cake from the press and Peter had to hold in a little laughter. 'Ok, ok, maybe I'm not the best. But you'll be impressed. Come out Peter.' Tony held out his arm for his kid and Peter began the journey out.
Peter trembled all the way over to his dad. Tony wrapped one arm around the kid while the other displayed his beautiful child to the world.
'Go On Kid, tell them.' Said Tony before whispering in Peter's ear. 'This was your idea so if anything goes wro-'
'I'm Peter Stark-Rogers. I'm 15 and this is my dad.'
He blurted it out so fast it felt like vomiting. Peter also did feel like vomiting but not now.
Tony gestured to a seat a Peter fell into it. Again Tony calmed down the now raging press which fell silent. 'One at a time please.' Tony began picking people out.
'What's it like being the son of Iron Man?'
'It's really stressful. I have so much to live up to-'
'And he smashes all expectations.' Tony gestured to another.
'Does the Rogers stand for Steve Rogers?'
'Yes.'
'Was or is there a romantic relationship between Iron Man and Captain America.'
Before Peter could answer, Tony quickly asked for another question, visibly uncomfortable, at least in Peter's eyes In was very apparent.
'As his son, are you in contact with Steve Rogers?'
'I haven't seen him in months.'
'But are you in contact?'
Again Tony butted in. 'We're here for the kid, not Steve.'
A few personal questions got thrown Peter's way. Does he have a girlfriend,(he told them all there was was a crush), what school does he go to (Tony said it was classified, but also knew the press would find out overnight) and what was his fitness routine.
All in all, the press loved him. He was shy, adorable, quirky. They loved hearing him talk about his friend Ned and all their adventures.
When he got off the stage he was delighted with himself. Tony got off the stage and squeezed him. 'Well done kid, that's never easy.'
'Does it get better?'
'No.'
'Thanks for words of encouragement.'
'No problem, Pizza?'
