Dance

Kaycees POV

"Omg omg omg omg omg!" My mom screams out. "ITS REALLY YOU! SEANNYY AHHHHH" my mom says Attacking him in a hug. "Um hey.." Sean says awkwardly and I giggle at his awkwardness.

My mom steps back and sits down. "I'm never gonna forget the place my bestfriend fell in love." My mom says smiling and I look at Sean. "Wait you know his mom?" I ask her and she smiles. "Kaycee! She's the bestfriend I was talking about. Miya. That's why I wanted you to go to actual school" she says smiling and I smile along.

"Woah.. that's how you know me.." Sean says causing her to laugh. "Yes! I met you when you were a little tiny baby with those little dimples of yours. And you two met at a competition remember! That's why we took a photo!" She says and me and Sean nod our head remembering the earlier events at school.

"Yea we just realised that this morning at school mom" I say chuckling with Sean joining in. "Well. I'm gonna get out of this tree. Is your mom home?" My mom asks Sean and he shakes his head. "She's gone to the movies with my dad and sisters. I'll tell her you live here when she comes back home" he says and she smiles and leaves.

"Well um that was.. unexpected." I say and we both laugh. "Well I'm gonna go back to get the blindfolds then we can continue the dance" I tell him and he nods.

Time skip.

Sean and I were practicing the dance for a while now. His family came home and they've been talking to my mom ever since.

It was now 11:34 and me and Sean just finished the dance and fell on the floor. "Omg finally." He blurts out and I start laughing. "Kaycee! We're going! If your gonna stay for a little longer, I better see you in your room before midnight!" My mom shouts and leaves.

"Woah.. my moms never let me stay that late before. Even if I was homeschooled and didn't have to go to school" I say while laughing. Sean laughs along and stands up.

"Um.. can I Uh... like get your number so we can.. Uh.. talk for the projects or dance or whatever" Sean says stuttering a bit. I start laughing at his awkwardness. "Omg is a golden boy nervous?!" I say gasping and he scratches the back of his head. "Sean! Obviously!" I say while giggling. I get my phone and we exchange numbers.

We start at each other and start laughing. Once we finally stoped I accidentally locked eyes with Sean. It was like he was staring into my soul and I was staring into his. But.. we couldn't see anything.

Sean broke it by winking at me which made me blush and giggle. I check the time on my phone and it's 11:47. "Tomorrow after school, do you wanna get to the dance studio before dance practice so maybe we can practice this dance, then do another one for health?" He asks and I nod my head.

We were now sitting on the floor laying our backs and heads on his bed next to each other. I rest my head on his shoulder and he rest his head on mine. "Thanks Sean." I randomly blurt out and he chuckles a bit. "For what?" He says chuckling a bit and I smile.

"Just for everything today. I bumped into you this morning. And you caught me before I fell and embarrassed myself. You gave me your jumper when I Julian spat water on me. You held my hand when I was sad. You hugged and comforted me when no one else could. You brought me to the hospital before anyone could. You helped me so much in one day. I don't even know why. But Thank you Sean Lew. You are seriously, one of a kind. And I don't want to loose you" I say tearing up and the end. Of happiness and sadness. He pulls me into a tight hug and kisses my forehead.

"There's only one question to why kaycee rice." He says to me while cupping his hands on my cheeks. "You turned on my light in the darkness when no one else could. And you did that with just a smile." He confesses to me and I smile. I hug him real tight and it feels like forever.

We just stay there until I feel my eyes get heavy, and soon enough, I'm asleep.

Sean's POV.

Kaycee and I are cuddling on the floor just embracing each other's presence when my eyes start to get heavy. Their about to close when someone knocks on the door. I look at kaycee and she's asleep. My mom comes in and smiles. "Yea she's asleep" my mom says to someone who is on the phone. My mom mouths to me to get her on my bed so she can sleep and I nod. She leaves and closes the door.

I pick her petite body up and set her on my bed. She looks so peaceful. Before I could get away from her embrace, I feel her pull me down with her and I fall on the bed next to her. She hugs and and snuggles up to me. With her head and hand on my chest and her legs already tangled in mine.

I freeze at this and I have no idea what to do. Do I leave or stay? She seems so comfortable. I don't want to leave but I feel like I'm invading her privacy.. screw it im staying.

As I relax my body and cuddle with her, my eyes start to fall asleep. With kaycee rice next to me. This is by far, the best way to go to sleep.

Kkk hahah sos for the kinda short chapter.. ok yep. Do you guys like this story? I know it's a lot of chapters for one day, but on some days it's good to have more detail in them.
