I almost jumped up for joy when I saw my read count on day 14 - I was on 501 reads! Now this, this, was big news to me. This consoled any fears I had about not being able to reach my target because now I was halfway through, baby.
But there was one problem, I was running out of pre-written chapters. I knew over the weekend I would need to write my little heart out in order to sustain this 'posting every day' kind of thing.
It was working - posting a new chapter everyday - my read counts were proof. So I decided to sit down and do some hardcore planning, because whenever I get stuck writing chapters a good plan always sets me straight. So I planned, and planned, and planned some more to the point that I was so excited to write the next chapters my fingers were itching to get going.
Statistics at the end of day fourteen:
561 reads
108 followers
Lesson learnt: Plan, plan, and plan some more.
