Chapter 2 - the Messages

Kenzie's POV
We went to the second floor and on the way to our rooms we were all quiet. We were thinking about the same thing. The boys. We couldn't say good bye to them. We couldn't tell them how we feel. Then an idea popped in my head.
"What about we send them texts, to let them know we are safe and tell them how we feel before we block them?", I said.
"Great idea!", Lauren said.
"You are a genius, Kenzie!", Annie said.
"Let's start right now!", Jayden said.
We started to text them. I pressed on send and blocked everyone, except Mommy, Maddie and the girls. We deleted social media and went to our rooms.
Carson's POV
The boys and I waited for the girls to come. They didn't come and we decided to play video games. They are probably at Annie's looking for matching pajamas. We fell asleep and I woke up by Johnny screaming.
"Kenzie texted me!", he said.
"Read it out loud.", Connor said.
"Dear Johnny. Thank you for being such a good friend to me. I'm sorry that I won't come to the sleepover as promised, but we have resons we can't tell anyone. Not even our siblings. We can't explain why we need to block you. We will delete our social media and won't see you in like forever. We hope that we will see us as soon as possible. I know, you guys are mad at us, but that won't stop us typing this. When we see us again, you sure have a girlfriend or even kids. I love you so much with my whole heart. Not as friends. More than friends. I have loved you, still do and always will.
Xoxo Kenzie❤", Johnny read. The boys and I had tears in our eyes. I then got a message. It was from Annie.
"I've got a message from Annie!", I said. "Dear Carson. I love you so much and always will. You made me happy in all bad times. Take care of my family, especially Hayley. I trust you and I'm sorry that I broke my promise. You were always like a second brother for me and you were there for us when Caleb died. I will miss you and your hugs. I can't explain why, but we need to block all of you. Don't worry, me and the girls are safe. If we will see us again, I want to see you happy. Xoxo your Anna❤💕", I read. I started to cry while reading. I lost another sibling. No, we don't have the same parents, but me and the LeBlancs called us siblings. She said that maybe we will never see us again. We all started to cry.
"I have a message from Annie too.", Hayden said sniffling.
"Let's read all messages we got from the girls.", Johnny decided.
"Dear Hayden. The girls and I won't come to the sleepover. I'm sorry I broke my promise, but it's really important. I know you are mad at me, but one day you will find out and understand our decision. I wish we could say good bye to you guys. But I want to tell you something. I love you. More than friends. I always dreamt of us being together, but I guess, those dreams won't come true. I have loved you from the beginning, I still love you through the distance and your madness, and I will always will, forever, even after death. I'm actually sad that we won't get together, but even if it hurts, you need to forget me. There is just a 0,1% possibilty that we will see us together. If you don't forget me, you will always search for us and it would ruin your life. I will never forget the memories we made and when we first met. I have everything in my head. "Dear Connor.", Connor started to read,"You are such a good person. I never want to leave your side. But I need to. I won't have social media and before I need to block you I need to tell you something. The girls and I have a crush on each of you. And I am the one who likes you. I love you.. more than just a friend. I know, you don't feel the same way but I need to tell you. This may be the last thing you've heard from me. Don't worry about us, we're in a safe place. I wish I could say good bye, but I can't in personal, that's why I wrote this. Today at school... this was maybe the last time you saw me. I love you❤ xoxo Jay💛"
The guys were lucky, because they like the girls back. And they know now that they like them back, but I like Lauren and she didn't text me. She didn't even texted anyone of us. Did the girls lie? Is Lauren in danger? But I heard Johnny crying even more.
"Dear Juan.", he said. "I love you endlessy. You're the best brother someone could ever ask for. You are my best friend, my other half. We are more than siblings, and without you leading my life, I couldn't live. Now I am old enough to do it myself, but I won't just go. I will say good bye because we haven't got the chance to say good bye. I wish we spend our life together until it ends. I always thought I would go for a walk with your daughters, and you would do sports with my sons. You would always sing good night when they are little and we would always come over for sleepovers. Please do these things with your and the guys' kids. And please tell Carson how I feel. You already know I love him... more than just a friend. Everyone started crying so hard. We cried harder than the girls would in a romance movie. I felt like the whole world was breaking. We just cried ourselves to sleep.
