Sasha's eyes are open. She couldn't sleep. Thoughts kept on creeping into her brain...thoughts she wants to keep away.

The last thing she wants to do is remember what she said to them in the cave. But she couldn't exactly forget, after all, they were pretty terrible things.

I called them worthless...

Useless.

I don't even wanna think about what I called each of them individually...Sasha squeezes her eyes shut but that didn't help.

I don't think I should be forgiven so easily for that. But here I am.

Maybe it's because we spent all that time in the Staff world. It's been almost a year since I've said those things too...

They probably didn't actually forgive me now that I think about it. I'm sure they just said it for the sake of moving on.

Or maybe there's something else..?

Oh please, they're not diabolical like you are.

You're an actual bad guy remember? Or was maybe? Ugh, why did I listen to my magic and come here?

It would've been easier if I just continued to be a loner. Maybe I could've saved them if I didn't come here...

But then again, who would know?

Sasha takes a deep breath. You're spiraling, calm down.

Feeling restless, Sasha gets out of the bed. She walks out of her room, quietly walking down the stairs. Looking down at her t-shirt and sweats, she shrugs, then puts on her shoes and heads outside.

If one thing makes her mind clear, it's the moon shining against the black sky and the stars glowing.

Sasha walks over to the back yard, she glances over to see that all the lights are off. Good.

"Darkness...what does it mean?" Sasha sits down on the grass, on the patio that Ku has. Sasha looks up to the sky.

--

"What's darkness?" A younger Sasha asked, after using her magic for the first time. The training session ended a while ago but she wanted to know.

"What's darkness you say?" Vada smiled softly.

"Yeah! What is it? It is evil?" Sasha questioned. She looked up at the woman in front of her that she called mom. "I wanna know what it is mom!"

"Aren't you eager?" Vada grinned, picking up the small child. "Are you sure you want to know?"

"Mhm!" Sasha nodded, a broad smile on her face.

"Then we're going to have to take a little field trip," Vada poked her nose. She set Sasha onto her hip and walked out of their home in Bad Central.

Vada kept walking, until they reached right outside the city. She had led them to an open field. She set down Sasha, still holding her hand.

"Look up," Vada instructed, leaning her head back to look at the sky.

"Ahh!" Sasha's smile turned bigger and bigger, as if she just received a treat. "The sky is so pretty!"

"Isn't it?" Vada breathed. She pointed to a constellation. "Do you know what that constellation is?"

Sasha shook her head, not really knowing much about stars.

"That's the constellation of the symbol of Darkness," Vada explained, Sasha followed her finger to the stars forming a almost moon shape. "The original Elemental Master of Darkness had to sacrifice their life to save the other Originals. They knew their friends were going to miss them. So do you know what they did?"
