I have seen the future and it isn't pretty. I decided a while back that to help my shattered mind that I would write down my memories. Little did I know that it would take so long...I took a break and while I was away to gather my thoughts I lost what was important to me. Now all I can think about is my survival and hope that I can kill him before he kills me.

Sorry, let me start form the begging. The zombie apocalypse didn't start with a bang like the movies predicted. No, it was just a man wanting to become immortal and to do that he learned how to make a deal with the devil. I could have done something about it, intervene like I used to but looking back on it now I understand why I stood by and let every opportunity go by.

In my latest vessel, I was reincarnated into a descendant of Jesabel that was made on a whim. Little did I know that she would heir an entire bloodline of potential host. Sarah could have changed the world but because of the ever-changing ways of destiny, places were cast, strings were cut, and the current was drawn back to show the web of lies that was brought to the surface as one event changed how the story would end. Sarah Montgomery would have to die at her own hand for the world to live. As if on cue, I watched helplessly on the sidelines as she downed an entire bottle of pain pills she got from falling out of a tree when she was younger. A smile crept to my face as I thought back, failing to save a stray cat in a tree she landed in a hospital bed and refused to take the medication that she was sent home with. I was in aw of her determination, no matter how much she hurt she went on. I chuckled at the memory, looking at her now I don't see the bull-headed girl that grew up with siblings old enough to be her parents. Her skin was practically see threw and just about every bone you could carve out. Nails bitten far more than enough to make them bleed reached shakingly to her thinning black hair, tears filled our eyes as we accounted for the past deaths that I saved her from. The other times she was trying to protect her friends and family but now there was no one to protect her in her time of need. To me, she was a hero thats story wasn't known yet but to her, she was a failure and a magnetic for trouble. I had to do something, I wouldn't let her fall just to fulfill some prophecy crap. I know just who to call.

Farah had this weird feeling that she had to call her friend. She called and called but there was no answer. Still not filling right she decided to go over to her house. She threw a rock at Sarah's window to get her attention, there was no answer. She threw another and it made a loud braking noise, scared of waking her family she claimed into her room as they did when they were children. It was dark, the only light eliminating in the small bedroom was coming from the alarm clock that read 2:35 she called her name but it was no use, stumbling over to the bed she reached out to her but no one was there.

"Where is she?" A thumping sound came from down the hall. Farah went to investigate but no one was there. "That's strange." With no sign of her friend she went back home. Days went by with no sign of her friend until she showed up at school out of the blue. She gave everyone veg reasons on why she was gone but after that she acted different like she was a totally different person. Farah decided to confront her about it in PE.

"So why where you gone for so long?" She dodged a ball that was a little too close to her head.

"What do you mean?" She dodged a ball herself with ease, before her friend's overweighted body would have never been able to dodge like that, something was wrong. Maybe drugs?

"I mean why are you avoiding me?" Sarah's head snapped in her direction, terror froze her body. Her mouth opened and closed, opened and closed then bit her lip.

"I'm sorry you feel that way. To tell you the truth would mean that I would have to break this mirage," she smiled sadly to Farah, " and I don't think I'm quiet ready for that." Her smile stayed on her lips as a ball hit Farah in the face.
