Getting out of the basement was easy. Getting out of Lytwyn Castle was the hard part. As I creeped towards the basement door I leaned in to listen to make sure no one was their. After several minutes of waiting and no sound coming from outside I decided to go. Cracking the door I poked my head out. No one was in sight. I closed the door and noticed blood was smeared on the handle from where I touched. I had to get this off of me. I was on the first floor now, I believe if I went up to the second floor I would be able to find clothes. I found a service elevator and climb in.

I opened the first door I saw and realized it was a bedroom. I ran to the back of the room and found the bathroom. As quickly and quietly as I could, I stripped and took a shower. The blood came off relatively easy from the hot water but when I got to my hair. I found chunks of human flesh and a molar. Shaky hands flung the body parts away and landed on the wall, I hurried up as quickly as I could and wrapped up in a fuzzy towel. Rummaging through the drawers in the bedroom I found a huge t-shirt and a pair of boxers that was way to big but fit better than the pants. I decided to put on a pair of sweats that I found and one of the guys jackets. I had to slip on my pair of blood-soaked shoes seeing no other option. I had to get out and get home. I don't know what I was going to do next but my plain was to get home.

Exiting the room I turned around to find a very slender and attractive man in front of me. He wore plain black clothing with jet black hair and his hands were buried in his jacket pocket he looked relaxed and annoyed. He started circling me like a buzzard, looking for an weaknesses in my armor. Satisfied with his findings he nodded at me with a slight smile. I pressed my mouth into a firm line tension filled my body with this guy around.

"What do they call you?" His voice had a deep old accent that I couldn't place and it was really bothering me.

He's face was hard to describe. His eyes were completely back with a square jaw. He was much taller than Adam and even more paler than me, if that was possible. Its guy looked like the definition of death. He looked neither young or old, just there. He took a step towards me and without warning the air around me became cold and dense with power.

"Sarah."

"It kind of sucks. Don't you think girly?"

"What do you mean?"

"Well, the incident with the creatures. You've died what twice now because of them? Do you have any idea how you get back, or what just happened?" I was completely mesmerized.

"How do you know so much?"

"My name is David and I've known Dues for a very long time. He asked me to take care of you from now on. Those two idiots can't do anything right."

"What!"

"He didn't tell you? Interesting...well long story short Aeonian wants back and your standing in the way."

"What?"

"Don't worry she likes to cut corners but there is too much red tape for her to get through. It will be awhile before she comes back. Unless your stupid ass fucks up." I slammed my fist into the wall out of anger.

"I can't do this right now. I got to go." I started to cry as I walked down the hallway.

"Adam?" I yelled out impatiently as I waited for them to show I took long angry strides in front of the door. "Where are you?" My voice sounded harsh, even to me.

"What's got you so riled up?"

That was the first time I heard Adam's voice so calm. It held a deep, honey smoothness that caught me completely off guard. He wore an almost identical outfit to the one I'd first seen him in, except this time instead of jeans he wore a pair of skin-tight black leather pants. I swear only bikers wore more leather. I was unable to stop pacing and my breath came in ragged pants. I was terrified of losing control.
