Sleeping Beauty (A Sheith AU)

Chapter 11

It was about time.

King Frederick and Queen Krolia sat on their thrones as the time finally arrived.

They were going to see their son for the first time in 18 years!

King Hebert then made his way over next to Frederick in a mild panic.

"Frederick! There is something about to tell you." He said.

"Not right now Hebert." Frederick said.

"It's about Shiro-"

"Ah! Shiro! Where is the boy?" Frederick asked.

"That's what I'm trying to tell you. Shiro-"

Hebert was then interuppted by the sounds of trumpets.

"THE SUN HAS SET! PREPARE TO WELCOME YOUR PRINCE!" They announced.

People began to cheer as the sun went down and fireworks were let out into the sky.

Meanwhile, at the top of the tallest tower in the castle....

Hunk held Keith in his arms, carrying him bridal style and gently laid him down on the bed.

As they heard the announcement and the cheering, Pidge paced back and forth.

"Ohhhh this is bad! What are we going to do?!" Pidge said.

Lance continued to sob as he went out to the balcony and watched the fireworks.

Hunk and Pidge followed him in silence, still not forgiving themselves for this.

"Poor King Frederick and Queen Krolia." Hunk said.

"Wait until they find out..." Pidge said.

Lance wiped his tears as he had an idea.

"They're not going to find out." He said.

"They won't?" Hunk asked.

"No, We'll put everyone to sleep, and when Keith wakes up, they will too." Lance said as he looked back at Keith who was in his deep sleep.

Hunk and Pidge nodded as they all flew from the tower and went on their way.

They flew around spreading their magic and watched everyone fall asleep.

They eventually got everyone inside as well.

They watched as Krolia, Frederick, and Hebert fall asleep.

As Hebert fell asleep, he yawned as he told Frederick...

"You know," he yawned. "It seems like Shiro has fallen in love with a peasant boy."

That made the fairies stop and went over to him.

"Peasent boy?! Who is he?!" Lance said.

Hebert just mumbled.

"Did Shiro ever say that it was a cross dressing boy?" Hunk said.

Hebert just yawns.

"Where did he meet this boy?" Pidge Asked.

Hebert yawned as he answered.

"Once upon a dream..."

They froze.

They heard that phrase before.

Keith had said the same thing.

So that meant....

The fairies let out a long, Shriek like gasp as they figured it out.

"Keith! Prince Shiro!" Lance said as him and the other two flew outside.

"We have got to get back to the cottage!" Lance said.

And so they took off into the night.

*Me too Guys, Me too. If I were them I'd be shreiking as well....*
