I felt someone shake me. "Natalie, wake up. We're here." I opened my eyes tiredly and turned my body so I was looking at Nate. I had my head on his lap and he was rubbing my arm. I sat up and and he gave me a warm smile. "You look tired cupcake."

"I am." I said while smiling. "Where are we?" I asked while we got out of the car.

"Why don't you take a look." He said while smiling. I turned my head and looked at a big sign that said 'The Bronx Zoo.' My mouth dropped as I turned back to Nate.

"The zoo!" I squealed and hugged him. The zoo was my all time favorite place to go. I loved to see the animals and I loved the food! "You remembered that I like the zoo?" I asked while I stared into Nate's gorgeous blue eyes.

"Of course I did cupcake." He said as he smiled down at me. "And that your favorite animal to see is an elephant and the giraffes because of their blue tongues." I smiled and wrapped my arms around his neck. I pulled his head down and gently pressed my lips against his. He smiled against the kiss, as he wrapped his hands around my waist. He deepened the kiss, making me want more.

"Get a room." Emma said while giggling. We both pulled away from each other and my cheeks flushed red. "Hands off her Anderson." She smirked and walked over to me. We locked arms and started walking towards the entrance.

We had been walking around for awhile and were now sitting down and eating lunch. The boys had left to go to the bathroom and still hadn't come back. "Look over there," Emma said as she pointed somewhere. I followed her finger and saw Tyler and Nate flirting with a group of girls. My heart felt like it crushed into a million piece as I watched one of the girls switched numbers with Nate. "I'm sorry Natalie."

"You warned me about him, so you shouldn't sorry. I was stupid to think a player could ever not be a player." I said as I bit down on my bottom lip. The boys sat down and Nate reached for my hand. I quickly jerked it away and shot him a glare.

"What's wrong cupcake?" He asked as he scooted his seat closer to me, a loud screeching sound hit my ears. I ignored him and finished my lunch. Emma had finished a couple minutes ago and was on her phone.

"Emma let's go." I said as she nodded and we stood up. Nate grabbed my hand and turned me around so I was facing him. I averted my eyes from his and looked down at the concrete.

"Natalie what's wrong?" He asked as he cupped my chin and forced me to look up at him. Tears were budding up in my eyes as I tried to blink them away. "Natalie what's wrong?" He repeated as a tear rolled down my cheek.

"Don't worry about it." I said as I pulled my arm away from him. "Just leave me alone." I turned around and walked away with Emma. "The nerve of that guy! I just don't get him, how could he act like he likes me and then get another girl's number?!"

"Natalie he's a player." Emma said as she pulled me into a hug. "You deserve someone better then him." I nodded my head as I looked down at the ground. "I wish Nate had never kissed you that first day, you and Tommy would be so perfect together."

I walked into someone, since I had been looking at the ground. "I'm so sorry!" I said as I looked up at a really, really cute guy.

"That was all my fault." The guy said as he smiled down at me. He was a little shorter then Nate and had dark brown hair, bright green eyes, a sharp jawline and a gorgeous smile. "I'm Ryan."

"I'm Natalie." I said as I smiled back up at him. I looked over at the guy that was standing next to Ryan. He was also really attractive. I saw him looking over at Emma and send her a flirtatious wink. "Your eyes are so pretty." I said while giggling.

"Thanks." Ryan said while chuckling, "Your eyes are gorgeous." I smiled and bit down on my bit. "Do you two wanna join me and my friend Micheal?"

I looked over at Emma who nodded her head yes. "Sure." She said while smiling, "I'm Emma by the way."

Micheal walked over to her and they started talking. Ryan stayed next to me and he had the cutest smile plastered across his lips. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and saw that I had two texts from Nate.

Nate: Why did you walk away?

Nate: Are you okay cupcake?

I ignored the texts and turned to look at Ryan. "So where do you guys go to school?" He asked.

"We go to Blue Ridge." I said as I put my phone back into my pocket.

"No way! We go to Green Ridge. You honestly kinda look familiar, do you go to any of the football games?" He asked as my mouth dropped open. Green Ridge were our rival school in literally every spot.

"Yeah, my brother Tyler plays on the team." I said and then it hit me, "You're Ryan Cane and he's Micheal Camp."

"Yep, star quarter back." Ryan said while smirking. "You're twins with Tyler, right?" I nodded my head. "So you must know Nate Anderson."

"Yeah I do unfortunately, him and Tyler actually came here with us." I said, "I just don't get how Nate just came back and is now the quarter back for our team! Like that's ridiculous." He laughed and nodded his head.

"Are you coming to the game tonight? Our schools are versing each other." He asked.

"Yeah I'm gonna go." I said as a cold wind blew my hair out of my face. "I guess I'll see you there."

Ryan smiled and nodded his head. "Do you want to wear my jersey tonight?" He asked, "I totally get it if you don't want to."

"I would love to wear it," I said while smiling.

"Cupcake!" I heard Nate yell. I ignored him until I felt an arm wrap around my waist and spun me around. "Why'd you walk away before, cupcake?" Ryan turned around and the pure hate that was radiating off Nate was scary. "Why are you with him?" The words were filled with venom.

"Nice to see you too." Ryan said while giving Nate a dazzling smile. "Her and I were just talking. You don't have to get all jealous."

"Why would I be jealous when her and I are already dating?" Nate said while smirking. He pulled me closer to him and he kissed my cheek.

"We aren't dating, that's for sure." I said as I elbowed him so he got off of me. "Far from it actually." Ryan smiled as Nate sent me a glare. "Now if you would leave me alone, I would really appreciate that."

"Why are you mad at me?" He asked as he pushed a piece of hair behind my ear. I stared into his eyes as tears started to bubble up in my eyes. "Natalie what's wrong...?"
