They stop by at a diner. Stefan see's somebody that he knew. And walked up to him.

Damon: Hey! Stefan what's up?
Stefan: Nothing just came here to eat with Janelly and Ja'elly and Angelique.
Damon: Oh wow! you're still with her?..
Stefan:..... Yeah?.. Why wouldn't I be?
Damon: I know about Alejandro....

Stefan: I don't! I love Janelly and my daughter okay?

Stefan: JANELLY! I DIDN'T KISS HER! HE'S LYING I LOVE YOU!

Janelly takes the baby and leaves. Angelique heard yelling and came to Stefan.
Angelique: What happened?! ....
Stefan: YOU SON OF A BITCH! WHY WOULD YOU LIE TO HER!?
Damon: Cause..... It's my turn with Janelly.... Your time is over...
Stefan grabbed Damon's collar from his jacket but the security guard was holding on to Stefan and was taking him out.
Stefan: THIS ISN'T OVER! YOU AIN'T GOING TO HAVE HER! SHE'S MINE! I GUARANTEED YOU'RE GANA SEE ME AGAIN!
Damon: HAHAHA YEAH... LOVE YOU TOO BRO!.
Angelique follows Stefan outside.
Angelique: What the hell happened?! Who is that?!
Stefan: (Breathing angrily) That's my brother.... He always wanted Janelly but he can't! SHE'S MINE! And he's lying to her!
Angelique: Lying?.
Stefan: Yeah! THAT I KISSED ALLY!
Angelique: Oh my god! YOU DID?
Stefan: NOOO!
Angelique: Where's Janelly and the baby?
Stefan: She left with her.
Angelique: Well..... Should we go back to the hospital?... Or try to find Janelly?..
