Chapter 26

Ansel stood quiet.

Me: ANSEL!

Ansel:....... If I tell you, you aren't gonna believe me....

Me: What? Who did this?!

Ansel:......Harry

I had a feeling he was gonna say Harry...  I believed him.

Me: I believe you! I saw him in there! In the diner! He was shooting at me!

Ansel: He missed?

Me: Yeah..... I'm sorry..

Ansel: For?...

Me: Not believing you... Hurting you, yelling at you.

Ansel: It's okay. And I'm sorry too... You know what for.

Me: I know...

We both looked at each other, then kissed. The ambulance came. They took Ansel and I went in with him.

2 months

I'm now living with Ansel.  He's healing up. I'm talking to Angelique now. She has a new boyfriend. His name is Dylan I met him. He's a nice guy. Cute too.. But, I'm done with guys for now. Stefan is still living by himself. Him and Janelly are seeing each other. I don't really talk to them... I still didn't get my period... And I keep on gaining weight. I don't know why? I've been exercising daily, eating healthy, less carbs. I'm getting worried. Ansel is watching TV, I'm in the bathroom weighing myself.. I gained another 2 pounds... I go downstairs.

Me: I gained 2 pounds..

Ansel: Wow... Why? What are you eating?..

Me: Nothing! I'm hungry..

Ansel: You're always hungry..

Me: Yeah! And I always eat! Gain weight! I wish I was one of those people who eat a lot and don't gain weight!

Ansel: Well.... We can go to the Doctor's and check it out?..

Me: Ugh.... Fine, let me get ready..

Ansel: You are already ready...

Me: Eww! I'm not wearing sweat pants to go out in!

Ansel: Okay! Don't yell..

Me: Sorry....

Janelly is still living with Damon.

Janelly: I miss Stefan..

Damon: He don't miss you!

Janelly: You don't know that!

Damon: When's the last time he called you!

Janelly:.... I don't know.

Damon: See! He doesn't care!

Janelly: Yeah! But I do!

The baby was crying.

Janelly: Check on her. I'm going to call Stefan....

Stefan: "Hello..."

Janelly: "Hello"

Stefan: "Who's this?"

Janelly: "Me! You know... The mother of our child.?"

Stefan: "Oh... Hey.."

It sounded like he just woke up.

Janelly: "Were you sleeping?"

Stefan: "Yeah.."

Janelly: "You do realize it's 3:00 pm?.."

Stefan: "It is?.."

Janelly: "Were you out drinking?.."

Stefan: "Yeah... A little."

Janelly: "Hmmmmhmmm... You mean a lot right?"

Stefan: "Just a couple."

Janelly: "How late were you out?"

Stefan: "Well.... Ummmmmm..... I came home... Like... Around... 3am?"

Janelly: "OH! MY GOD STEFAN!?"

Stefan: "Don't shout.. I gotta headache..."

Janelly: "NO YOU DON'T! YOU GOT A FREAKING HANGOVER! HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME AND JA'ELLY TO GO BACK TO YOU WITH YOU DRINKING AND GETTING DRUNK?"

Stefan: "Ow.... I really miss you and her.. I'm only drinking because  I'm alone and depressed."

Janelly: "(Sighs) I miss you too... But I'm just not sure..."

Stefan: "About?"

Janelly: "About going back to you.."

Stefan: "Please!.. Come back. I promise I'll be a better man.."

Janelly: "I need more time... I got to go.. Bye"

She hanged up the phone. And started to cry.  Damon was upstairs taking care of the baby.

Janelly: Now what?
