as i was walking to lunch to sit with megan, jacob, and kris. everyone kept their gazes focused on me.

i took a seat and glared at everyone who was staring at me.

"what's going on?" i asked megan, jacob and kris

"well, you just got yourself into a fight. someone tweeted that you and leigh is gonna start i diva war? you just put yourself through some tough shit kayla" megan told me

"hey! you need to stand up for yourself. you can't just ignore the problem amd run away from it. i don't really give a shit about what people say. those are just rumors, i'm not going to it get to me" i told them and began to eat my pasta

"you do know that when the principal williams finds out about this rumor, he will tell mom and dad" jacob warned me

"that's why i'm going to talk to them before principal williams does. mom and dad understand what i'm going through" i told him

"okay, just.... stay away from leigh, i hate seeing you get in trouble... i even hate seeing you cry about these kinds of shit" kris told me

since when did kris care for me. i mean.. i know he's my bestfriend and stuff, but.... i don't know, kris has been acting different lately..

"oh.. um, i'll try.. she's just always getting in my way" i told him

"we're all here for you if anything happens kayla. we love you, and we're not going to make you fight alone" megan told me

"thanks love. but i'd rather have my bestfriends support me instead of fighting with me. you know i hate doing that to you guys" i told all of them

"but hey, your like a sister to me. i'm supposed to protect you, aren't i?" kris asked

"yeah but.. this is leigh were talking about" i told them

school was over and we all drove over to my house to talk to my parents.

we all stepped out of my dad's truck and headed inside the house.

"MOM! DAD! WE'RE HOME!" i yelled as we stepped in

we all threw our bags near te front door and jumped on the sofa.

"OWW! YOU MORON GET OFF ME!" i yelled as jacob jumped on my legs

"oh sorry sissy" he said and did a frown

"oh hello kris and megan" my mom greeted

"hey mom" megan and kris replied at the same time

my mom chuckled. "ah, i see your still calling me mom" she said with a grin

"so what's up?" mom asked us

"well.. i'm here to talk to you about something, and i want dad to be here too" i told her

she had a horrified look on her face. "oh.. HONEY! FAMILY MEETING!" she yelled

dad came running down the stairs and stood next to mom

"huh?" dad asked in confusion

"mom.. dad. you remember leigh cooper? the one that has been bullying me since kinder? well she went up to me this morning said that i had plastic surgery and failed, so i kind of told her that she has fake ass boobs and that she shakes her little ass like she even has one.. and now, someone tweeted that me and leigh is on some kind of diva war.. i just wanted to tell you before the principal finds out and tells you himself" i told them

dad released a deep sigh.

"honey...... you and leigh are cousins"
