oh god no! don't tell me all these years i've been fighting with my cousin!
"WHAT?! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME BEFORE?!" i yelled at him
"i know your mad kayla, and i should've told you back then. i'm sorry, i've spoke to leigh's mom and she'll talk to leigh about this" dad told me
"and who is leigh's mom?" i asked raising an eyebrow
"your aunt jayla. she's my sister" dad told me
"but i'm so close to aunt jayla! how can you keep this a secret? leigh! my worst enemy! the meanest mean girl in school! my bully since kindergarten, is my DAMN COUSIN?!" i yelled
"whatch your tone missy. i don't care if you're mad, i don't care if you wanna do this, but we're going over to leigh's house and your going to make up with her!" dad yelled at me
"why am i apologizing for something i didn't start?!" i question
"well because you insulted her about being fake!" dad yelled
"for crying out loud dad! have you been blind all these years?! everytime i get into something, leigh is in it! and leigh, is always the one who starts it! you're my dad! you're supposed to be on my side! why are you telling to to do something that i didn't even start?!" i yelled.
i don't know why but then tears started to form in my eyes, and then came rushing down my cheeks
"hey. it's okay" jacob told me and hugged me
i heard dad sigh. "kayla sweetie.. i'm so sorry" dad told me and hugged me
"it's okay dad" i whispered
we released and i went upstairs to my room and just played music to get rid of the fact that my parents hid something from me, that my worst enemy is my cousin, and that my dad wanted me to apologize for something i didn't start..

i heard the door slowly open, and revealed jacob, kris, and megan.
"hey sis... um... dad said that we're still going over to aunt jayla's house" jacob told me
"greeeeat" i said. *note sarcasm*
i still have to face my enemy..
"can kris and megan come?" i asked
"sorry babe, i have to go back home before 5" megan told me and frowned
"i'll see you tomorrow though" she told me and did a small smile
she hugged me and headed out the door.
"how bout you kris?" i asked him
"yeah i could go. my parents don't really care where i am, as long as i'm with the peters" he said and chuckled
"KIDS! COME ON LET'S GO!" dad yelled from downstairs
we all ran out of the room and jumped inside mom's van.

"hi jake, hi kaylen" aunt jayla greeted my parents
"hey" dad said and gave her a hug
"hi jacob, hi kayla" she greeted us
"hi aunt jayla" jacon told her and hugged her
"hello" i mumbled and went inside
"what's---" before aunt jayla could finish her sentence dad cut her off
"she knows that leigh and her are cousins" dad told her
"oh" she said
everyone went inside and i just sat on the sofa with kris and jacob watching grey's anatomy
"LEIGH! COME DOWNSTAIRS!" aunt jayla called out
"COMMING!" leigh replied
miutes later, leigh came hopping downstairs with yoga pants, a crop top, eyeglasses, and a messy bun.
"what the hell are they doing here?" leigh asked rudely
"leigh... jacob and kayla are your cousins.. i'm sister's with theit father" aunt jayla told her
"aww hell no! don't tell me i'm related to my enemy!" she complained
"i want all of you to make up. i don't care if you don't want to, you're gonna do it. now!" aunt jayla forced leigh to do it
leigh walked her way to us and sat down on the other chair glaring at us.
"well aren't you gonna say something?" i asked her
"first of all. i can't believe i'm sharing the same blood as you, and i can't believe i was forced to make up with you. we all know that's never gonna happen, even if i tried" she told me and crossed her arms
"well jeez.. what a nice a cousin you are" i said in sarcasm and rolled my eyes
i've waited for years and years for leigh to stop bothering me. i was a actually hoping that we'd make up and put the past behind.
but guess it won't work..
