Kyra sighed as she sat down, Rachel walking towards her. 'I just wanted to ask, when we were with Leonard Bailey... you said to him that you couldn't visit his aunt, because you were doing something else. Jessica mentioned not seeing you at the office that day and... I couldn't help but wonder?'

Kyra looked up, 'What, you stopped worrying about Mike, because he's getting out and now you've decided to dig into my personal life?'

Rachel stiffened and muttered, 'Well... no...'

Kyra sighed, 'I'm so sorry Rachel, I'm being a bitch. I had a checkup call with my brother's doctor, he had to be rushed to the hospital yesterday.'

Rachel's eyes widened as she sat down, 'Oh my god, is he alright?'

Kyra smiled, 'Yes, he's okay. Look on the bright side, now that Mike's of the hook, we just need to get Leonard out and then I can go home and check up on my brother in person.'

Rachel nodded, 'I think I might be able to help you with that, I figured out a way to reopen the trial.'

Kyra sat straight and looked at the papers she was handed, 'Rachel, this is good in theory, but there's no precedent.'

'Yes, there is,' Rachel argued as she handed another paper, 'Turner versus the state of Michigan.'

'How did you find that?' Kyra asked in admiration.

'As it turns out being a paralegal for so long was a blessing in disguise, because nobody is better in research than me.'

Kyra nodded, 'You're absolutely fantastic. Write up a declaration, and get it to me as soon as your done. I will get this thing rolling.'

'I thought... I'd be the one to do that.'

Kyra looked up in sympathy, 'You should have been, Rachel. But we don't have much time and I have experience with these things, things don't always go as planned and we can't afford ourselves any thing this time.'

Rachel nodded, 'You're right, Leonard's life is at stake.'

Kyra grabbed her hand softly, 'You'll drop the hammer one day, but for now, it's to new and to risky.'

'Now, who are you and what are you doing in my office?'

Kyra smiled and sat down, 'I'm Kyra Anderson, working for Pearson Specter Litt and representing Leonard Bailee.'

'So it's your protégé who accused me of not doing my job with Leonard Bailey. There's just one problem you see, you work for the firm who hired a fraud, so I'm not letting you tell me what a bad lawyer I am,' Georgina fired at her.

Kyra smiled kindly, 'Georgina, I am very aware that you're not a bad lawyer, nor a bad person. But sometimes people make mistakes, it's what makes us human. But we do have to own our mistakes and we have to fix them if we can, so I'm giving you a chance to fix yours.'

'And how's that?'

'Leonard Bailey's alibi witness is dead, her testimony is not,' Kyra answered.

Georgina examined the woman in front of her, bright coloured clothes and messy hair. 'You want me to testify to what she told me? That would be hearsay.'

Kyra shook her head, 'That's where you're wrong, it's not. Because she's not alive, she's dead.'

Georgina was impressed yet still smiling, 'I'm not pretending I let a solid witness get away, that girl was a junkie and her story was inconsistent at best. It wouldn't have done Leonard any good.'

'Maybe, but that's for me to decide. Because I'm his lawyer now. I want it presented to the jury, because this might be exactly what could save a man's life.'

'I did my best to defend it,' Georgina argued, 'yet I have no obligation to do it again.'

Kyra smirked and shook her head, 'Wrong, again. My protégé took the liberty of drawing up a sworn affidavit which states Maria Gomez told you Leonard Bailey couldn't have murdered that couple, because he was with her at the time. Now you can either sign it or lie under oath that it isn't true. And I know that many people underestimate me, but believe me, you don't want to be on that stand lying to a jury and have to face me.'

'If you hurt her, you'll have to face me,' Kai said as he shot Harvey a death glare, before cracking up and giving him a hug while whispering in Harvey's ear, 'You will though

'If you hurt her, you'll have to face me,' Kai said as he shot Harvey a death glare, before cracking up and giving him a hug while whispering in Harvey's ear, 'You will though.'

Harvey grinned and nodded, while looking at Kyra, 'You look beautiful.'

Kyra blushed, 'I better, I worked an hour on the eyeshadow only.'

'SMILE FOR THE PICTURE!' Stephanie yelled.

Kyra rolled her eyes, 'Mom, please.'

'You didn't go to prom, this is the closest you've ever gotten, we're taking pictures and you're not allowed to argue.'

Kyra giggled as Harvey pulled her into his arms and smiled into the camera, 'Make a video,' he told her mother as he twirled her around.

'Don't side with my mom, she wouldn't have thought of filming if you didn't give her the idea, you bastard,' Kyra complained, 'It's just a party.'

'According to your mother, this is the closest you've ever gotten to prom, so we're going to act like it is,' Harvey told her as he placed a kiss on her head.
