Time was passing as they all did their own things. John was lighting his shoe on fire, and used the fire to light his cigarette. Claire was leaning on her arm, thinking. Brian was playing with his dick. Andrew took off his jock jacket and placed it on his chair. Without asking Evelyn grabbed it and put it on. Andrew stared at her with confused eyes. "I'm cold, plus its comfy" She smiled, hugging herself. Andrew chuckled.
The clock kept on ticking and they were now doing new things. Andrew was messing with his jacket's lace strings. Evelyn was drawing. Allison pulled a string around her finger and making it turn purple. John puts out the fire from his shoe and then played an air guitar. Evelyn looked up from her drawing to see Andrew now playing paper football as he flicks the paper to the floor. He cheers silently while Evelyn snickered.
Some more time passes and everyone was trying to keep their best at being awake but they couldn't. Brian closed his eyes, his pencil dangling from his hand. Claire slept, still leaning on her arm.
Evelyn rested her head on Andrew's shoulder and fluttered her eyes shut. Andrew was too tired to react and rested his head on her head and slept. Allison yawned before going to sleep. John leaned back against his chair, before heading to sleep.
-
Vernon was standing there, staring at the sleeping students before shouting, "Wake up!"
No one did.
"Who has to go to the lavatory?" He asked.
Everyone raised their hands.
-
Andrew was stretching his legs. John was tearing papers out of a book and tossing them around, sitting on a counter.
"That's really intelligent" Andrew spoke sarcastically.
"You're right" John paused. "It's wrong to destroy literature" He continued tearing the papers out. "It's such fun to read. And.."-John turned the book over to look at the cover-"Molay" Really pumps my nads".
"Moliere" Claire corrected.
John stared at her. Claire bit her lower lip cheekily.
"I love his work" Brian uttered.
John threw the rest of the pages at Brian. John then picked up the card catalogue drawer. "Big deal. Nothing to do when you're locked in a vacancy".
"Speak for yourself." Andrew huffed.
"Do you think I don't speak for you?" John stared at him. "I don't even know your language"
Andrew grumbled before turning to Claire. "Hey, you grounded tonight?" He asked.
She shrugged. "I don't know. My mom said I was. My dad told me just to blow her off".
Andrew looked at Evelyn. "Big party at Stubbies, parents are in Europe. Should be wild..."
"Yeah?" Evelyn spoke.
"Yeah, can you go?" Andrew looked at her with hopeful eyes.
"Sure" She smiled. Andrew returned the smile. "What about you?" Evelyn asked Claire.
"I doubt it." Claire answered.
"How come?" Andrew asked.
"Well, 'cause I do what my mother tells me not to do, it's because my father says it's okay. It's like this whole, big monster deal. It's endless. It's a total drag. It's like any minute, divorce"
"Who do you like better?" John questioned.
"What?" Claire was taken off guard.
"You like your old man better than your mom?"
