The six students were walking down the hall where they see Carl sweeping. Brian nods to him.
"See ya Brian" Carl spoke.
"Hey Carl" Brian replied.
"See you next Saturday" John told Carl.
"You bet!" Carl said, cheerfully.
-
They were now in the parking lot. Brian got into his dad's car and left. "So, you wanna go out and get ice cream some time?" Allison asked Andrew.
"Nah" He shook his head.
"Why not?"
"I've fallen for a hood" Andrew smiled as he spotted Evelyn. She sent him a flirtatious look, blowing a kiss to him, his jock jacket back on her.
-
Claire took out one of her diamond earrings and placed it in John's hand. They kissed, John wanted to kiss her neck but Claire chuckled moving out of the way before he could do anything and went inside the car.
As she left, John placed the earring in his ear.
-
Vernon picked up Brian's essay and began to read.
" Dear Mr. Vernon, we accept the fact that we had to sacrifice a whole Saturday in detention, for whatever it was we did wrong
"But we think you're crazy to make us write an essay telling you who we think we are
"You see us as you want to see us
"In the simplest terms, in the most convenient definitions
-
John was walking towards his house
"But what we found out is that each one of us is a brain...
"And an athlete, a hood, a basket case
"a princess
"and a criminal
"Does that answer your question? Sincerely yours, The Breakfast Club
John smiled widely, thrusting his fist into the air in a silent cheer.
