We sat there in the car just waiting for a few minutes. BIG and the guy were still talking.
I managed to get a small glimpse of the guy he was talking to. Almost immediately I saw he was the one who had been beating Logan. Pft, he deserved it.
I couldn't see the guys face but I could see that he had jet black hair that was perfectly cut. I could also see his muscles through his top. They weren't as big as BIG's, but he looked like he would beat him anyway. After all, what he did to Logan.
"I don't think they are coming with us, do you want to switch seats?" I was slightly confused as to the question Cutie asked me.
"Where are we going?" I asked cautiously. I didn't know how easily he was triggered. He obviously saw me tense up. Then he laughed. Why is he laughing?
"Two seconds ago we were getting you out of being hurt and you think we are going to hurt you," he was still laughing. "Look, I know this is hard and I didn't mean to laugh but we would never hurt you after helping you."
I think he meant to phrase that differently. He did just practically say he would hurt me, apart from if he had just helped me.
Anyway, I nodded to switching seats but then realised the guy was leaning on the car. Luckily I could open the door without it hitting him but I was still careful not to. It was also a really nice car and I didn't want to do any damage.
As I got out of the car, I averted my eyes from the guy and BIG to the floor and walked around the car. I reached the other side and quickly slid in.
When I had got in I realised Cutie hadn't so I started to panic. But just at that moment I saw him talking to the guy. Okay, I need a name for this guy. Meh, I'll judge him later.
As he finished talking to the guy he looked at me and shrugged, as well as mouthing the words 'sorry'. I started to panic, but looked calm so no one would suspect anything. Why was he sorry? Was he lying? Am I going to be killed?
Just as I continued to panic, I saw the guy get in the drivers seat.
"Josh has some business to be doing, so I have to come with you," he said in a low and husky voice. I loved his voice already and he had only said one sentence. Also now I knew Cutie's real name. Josh.
I was mentally debating whether to answer and ask where we were going, or sit still and wait. I picked the second answer. I don't want to be killed today!
We sat through the rest of the car ride in silence and it was AWKWARD. Let me spell it out for you. A.W.K.W.A.R.D. Do you get it now. The next 10 minutes were so painful. I didn't know how much more I could take.
Finally we pulled up to a house. Wait, house? Freaking hell no, it was a mansion. There were huge gates at the entrance and a huge brick wall surrounding the entire premises. In the middle of the front yard there was a massive waterfall. The grass was perfectly cut and watered. I felt like a princess.
But suddenly something brought me back to reality. I had realised the guy had gotten out of the car and was heading towards the front door. Thanks for waiting for me.
I got out of the car but didn't move any closer to the house. Instead I decided to do the stupidest thing. Yell at him.
"This isn't my house and I'm not coming in!" I shouted. He turned around but stayed in the doorway.
He shrugged and replied, "Suit yourself. Obviously, the hot ones are the pricks.
"Okay, I'll just walk home then." As I shouted this I started to walk towards the big gates that were still open. I was just about to reach them before something strong grabbed my waist and pulled me towards it.
"You aren't going back there," the guy practically growled. He was confusing. He didn't care if I stayed outside but didn't want me going back home. "I'm not letting you go back there because I know what will happen to you."
He was still really close to my face and angry but he didn't scare me, not like someone usually would. It was probably because his anger wasn't aimed at me, but people that had hurt me.
