Chapter 7: Wings Of Regret

*Niki's POV*
*The Next Morning*
That realizes that his copy of Moisha Campbell's Journal is missing.

Bobby:"I think Cas took it to read Moisha's notes."

The notes about H.P. Lovecraft. A author, who was fascinated with the concept of doors to other dimensions. Thankfully dad, made another copy. We are discussing how Lovecraft knew something about purgatory, When Dean receives a call from Ben his step son. Ben tells Dean that he and his mother Lisa are in danger. That a man broke into their house and killed Matthew Lisa's boyfriend. Dean overheres Ben get taken. Then Crowley pics up the phone and tells Dean...
Crowley:"I have an ultimatum. Unless y'all back off and let us open the door to purgatory, I will kill your girlfriend and her child."
Dean:"Nope no Deal."

Because we can no longer trust Cas, I suggest we make a call on Balthazar. He's Cas' oldest and most trustworthy friend.

*When Balthazar shows*
*Niki's POV*
Dean:"Castiel is working with Crowley."
Niki:"And they have taken two people important to us."
Baltz:"I make no promises, but I will try to find out where they are."

Balthazar looked surprise by this news before he disappeared.

*Meanwhile*
*Niki's POV*
Dad questions afanatic of H.P. Lovecraft. His name is Judah. Apparently Lovecraft, held a dinner party, on March 10th 1973. At which he and his guest attempted to open a door into another dimension. What we didn't know is that Cas got to Judah before Dad did, so Judah could only tell Dad about the dinner party. Dad calls us and told us about the ritual, and how all the party guests died or went missing within a year of the dinner party. And that he's going to question the maid's son who was present at the dinner party. A man named Westborough. He was 9 at the time and is now in a mental institution.

Without Balthazar's help Dean, Sam, and I capture and torture demons in the hopes of one of them telling us we're Ben and Lisa are. Without Dean, and I, knowing Sam prays to Cas. Cas does not show.

*Castiel's POV*
I hear Sam pray for me to help return Ben and Lisa, cuz Crowley took them. And it's not helping my relationship with the Winchester's, or Nikole. I angrily go talk to Crowley.

Cas:"How dare you, take Ben and Lisa without me knowing. Where are they?"
Crowley:"I can't tell you."

While we are arguing about that, Balthazar called to me. And I leave to meet him.

Baltz:"Are you really working with that demons scum? You're little pets told me. The liability of your plan to absorb the soles of purgatory, can make you explode into pieces, If you're vessel, can't handle it. And it might just take a substantial chunk of the world with it."
Cas:"That doesn't matter. Do you still have your loyalty to me?"
Baltz:"I do."

*Niki's POV*
Dad then learns that Cas was again there before him. But Westborough didn't trust Cas and so he didn't tell him everything about the dinner party. The guests believe that nothing came from purgatory, but he did. That something invisible came through and possessed has mother. And that he's been in the mental institution ever since. He shows Dad a picture of his mother Eleanor. Dated 1935. Dad is shocked at what he sees.

*Meanwhile*
*Dean's POV*
I guess sloppy interogating a demon, and he escaped has bonds. He's strangling me, when Cas shows, and smites the demon, Saving my life.

Cas:"I have been there for you through everything. All I ask is for you to trust me. To trust me in this." Dean:"Sorry but I can't."

Cas leaves.

*Niki's POV*
Dad find Eleanor Visyack, the woman who gave Dean the sword which killed the Virgin eating dragon. She confirmed that she is the monster that came through purgatory. But denys killing hate H.P. Lovecraft. She tells dad that he's lucky she's the only thing that came through, because she's happy on earth, and wants it to stay unruined. She's says that she's been trying to keep the door shut for 75 years. Which is why she gave them the sword. Dad Warns her that Castiel, a Angel is looking for her. That Cas, wants to open purgatory. She rejected Dad on the info for how to open the door.

*Back at Dad's*
*Niki's POV*
Balthazar appears.
Baltz:"I have decided to play Double agent, because Cas is out of control. I found Ben, and Lisa. But I can't get in cuz Crowley angel proofed the house."

After being asked, Balthazar zaps us to the building where Ben and Lisa are being kept.
Dean, Sam, and I go into the building and split up. Dean goes off alone, and Sam and I. Sam, and I are jumped by 4 demons instantly after walking in. We are knocked unconscious, and locked up in a room.

*Dean's POV*
I fight my way through demons, and I find Ben and Lisa. As we start to leave Lisa grabs the demon blade and holds Ben hostage. She's possessed. It tourtures me and Ben about thoughts from Lisa. I throw holy water on her. Ben gets away and I disarm her. As I'm exercising her, she grabs a nearby razor and stabs herself with it. I finished the exorcism and she collapses. I tried to call Sam, but no answer. I tried to call Niki, no answer. I gave my shotgun to Ben, and pick up lisa. I tell the scared kid, to shoot our way out. On our way out we hear Sam and Niki yelling. We free them, and they joined us. Sam takes the gun from Ben, and Niki helps him walk out. Outside Sammy hot wires a car. We speed Lisa to a hospital. At the hospital, myself, and Ben sit by Lisa's side. I tried to apologize to Ben for everything. Ben walked out.
Cast appears. He heals Lisa.

Dean:"That doesn't change anything. But I do need one more thing from you."

Castiel erases both Ben, and Lisa's memories erasing me from their lives all together. Once they are erased I approach the room. I apologize to them for "hitting their car". They accept my apology and I leave.

*Outside*
*Niki's POV*
Dean approaches Sam and I in the parking lot. Sam is angry when Dean tells us about Ben and Lisa. I  had agreed with Dean. And not out of jealousy, but because of how they are not a Target to be used against Dean any longer.

Dean:"Do not ever mention Ben, or Lisa ever again. Or I will break your nose Sam."

We drive away.

As Eleanor leaves her cabin, Castiel appears and takes her.

How could Cas do this? Fuck angels, and fuck Crowley.
