Unexpected News

"Well, That Shouldn't Be Too Difficult"

NOTE: I know I've been taking to long to update and I'm sorry, but college just gets crazier by the second. And I'm sorry for the short chapter but it's like 2am here and I just thought about what to write 30 minutes ago. I hope you enjoy and I hope I have more time over these next few days.

As you woke up the next morning, you looked to the side to see Mac sleeping peacefully. You stare at him for a while before he wakes up.

"You're staring." He says.

"I know. You just look really hot with your messy hair and sleepy face". You say smiling at him.

"Well, so do you but I really think that we should..." He says before getting interrupted by you running to the bathroom to throw up. When Mac gets to the bathroom, you're already sitting on the floor.

"Damn it". You say before standing up and cleaning your mouth on the fosset.

"Okay, that's it. I'm calling Matty and pulling the plug on this mission". Mac says while helping you sit back on the toilet.

"No Mac, this mission is a once in a lifetime opportunity to catch one of the words worst people. Don't call Matty, I'll be fine". You quickly say.

Mac looks at you a little confused before he realizes
"You know what's wrong, don't you?". He asks.

"I have a suspicion, but let's finish the mission and that way I'll be able to confirm as soon as we come back home, okay?". You say while taking his face in your hands.

Mac looks at you for a while with a lot of concern in his eyes, but still agrees.

"Okay. But what do you think you have? Some kind of parasite?". He asks eagerly
"Something like that". You answer.

A few ours later

The mission was over and you were able to arrest every single bad guy, witch was one hell of a win. But you still had to finish one mission.
Coming out of your hazed thoughts, Matty's voice caught your attention.

"Nice work, you guys! Now got get your things and come home, okay?" She finishes.

"See ya, boss" Jack says turning the phone off.

As the team went back to the hotel to grab their bags, you went to a local pharmacy with an excuse to buy treats for the trip back home and asked Mac to grab your things.
You looked at all of those pregnancy tests thinking if this was really happening.

"Well, I guess I'm gonna find out". You murmured.

Grabbing 3 boxes, just to be sure, you went to pay for them and enjoying the opportunity, you asked if you could use the bathroom.
Looking at the tests after the timer went off, you couldn't remember a more anxious moment in your life. But you still pulled through and looked at them.

Positive.

That's what it said on all of the tests, and with your suspicions confirmed, all you could do was smile. Because no matter how complicated life got, it also got so much happier, and you knew that.
You just didn't know how to break the news to Mac.

"That shouldn't be to difficult". You said to yourself before grabbing the tests and putting them in your purse and leaving to meet the team to go home.
