It had been three months since I had gotten pregnant;  three months since Jesse got shot; three months since DJ had gone to college. It was December 15, 1995, and The Tanner household was very much into the Christmas spirit. We were going to decorate the rest of the house over the weekend. We were all waiting for DJ to come back from college to decorate the tree. The house hold was a buzz with excitement; Christmas was coming, Jesse sling was gone (Although, sometimes he'd wear it if he had over extended his shoulder one way or the other), I was three months pregnant, which meant in another month or so, I'd be free of morning sickness!

Danny, Joey, and Jesse were doing some Christmas shopping, the kids were in school-- counting down the hours till school let out for Christmas break. Where was I? I was in the doctor's office, awaiting the results of my ultrasound and usual routine tests. I smiled and started to laugh.

"What's so funny?" Dr. Krane smiled as she looked at me.

"I was just thinking; how cool would it be if Jess and I were having twins again?" I smiled and shook my head. "Wouldn't that be something?"

"Yes, it would be.... Here's your ultrasound." She handed it to me.

I held it up and smiled. My smile faded as I furrowed my brow and asked, "Why does my baby have three arms?"

"Because you're not having a baby."

"I'm not? Then what am I having? A squid?" I stupidly wondered. What was I thinking?

"No, Rebecca, you and Jesse are having twins."

"Again?! That's great! I was only kidding!" I laughed. "This is gonna be the best Christmas present ever!"

It was 12:00 when I arrived home; any second now the door was going to open, and all the kids would be singing Christmas carols. I layed my stuff down on the counter, and walked into the living room.

"You really spruced this place up," a young 18 year old told me.

"DJ!" I hugged her, as per usual in the Tanner household.

"HI! How have you been?"

I looked a round. "Can you keep a secret?" I whispered.

"Uh, yes. What is it?"

"I just got back from the doctor's, and, guess what?"

"What?"

"We're having twins again!"

"Really? That's great, Aunt Becky!" DJ said loudly. "Twins!"

"Shhh!"

"Aunt Becky, we're the only ones in the house."

"Oh. Ha, ha. Now, you gotta promise not to tell anyone; I'm gonna tell Jess and everyone on Christmas!"

"Oh, that's a great idea!"

"......Laughing all the way, Ha ha ha! Bells on bob tails ring..." The kids and Joey sang loudly as they walked through the  back door and into the living room. "Making spirits bright-- DJ!" Stephanie, Michelle, Nicky, Alex, and Joey hugged DJ.

"Hi, guys! Gee, it's great to see you!"

"It's great to see you, too! How's college?" Stephanie asked as we all went into the kitchen.

"It's great; it's a lotta work, too."

Jesse walked through the door. "DJ! It's great to see you!"

"Thanks! You, too!" She hugged her uncle. "I see you're outta the sling."

"Yeah, my shoulder is completely healed!.... almost. Kinda... How's college?"

"I'll tell you guys all about it when Dad gets here."

"DJ!!" Danny smiled the biggest smile and hugged his first born. "When did you get back?"

"About ten minutes ago."

"I've got an idea; why don't we make some cocoa, then head towards the living room so DJ can tell us about college?" Joey suggested.

"That's a great idea!" WE agreed.

With the cocoa made, we settled down in the living room and listened to the adventures DJ had had in college so far.
