Chapter 12↠The Start of Something New

Jodie's POV:
*the next day*
Today I actually came to class on time! I have been in a super good mood lately.

"Morning, Mrs. S!" I said as I took my seat. I was the first one there. "Oh, good morning. You're actually early today." She informed. "I know. Shocking, isn't it?"

"I'd be even more shocked if you did your homework, too." She said, smiling. "I did!" I said, taking it out of my folder. "Really? Let me see," she takes it and looks it over, raising her eyebrows. "Ok. Very good!"

I smiled and the rest of the class began pouring in. The teacher started to call attendance and I raised my hand when she called my name. "I have a boyfriend now!" I announced out of no where. "Ok...thank you for sharing." The teacher said, not really caring.

Some of the class snickered but I didn't care about what anybody thinks of me now, because I'm dating Ethan Dolan, and he's way hotter than any of those girls boyfriends will ever be!

Finally, it was around the end of class. From the corner of my eye I thought I saw someone looking at me out the door. I looked up to see who it was, and smiled. "Hey," I said, rushing out of class as quickly as possible.

"Hey, so what did you think?" Ethan asks, wrapping his arms around my waist. "About what?" I said, completely forgetting what he was talking about. He frowns. "The video?"
"OH!" I said. "It was amazing!!! I loved it! I wish I could like it more than once." I said, making him smile. "Hey, Jodie," someone said behind me. I felt a tap on my shoulder which scared me.

I turned around to see who it was, and smiled and went to hug Grayson. "Hey!"
"Where's Marissa?" He asks, looking around. "I wanna speak to her for a sec."

"Oh, she's still taking a test in class...hold on." I said, and took out a piece of paper. I crumpled it up into a ball and threw it at her to get her attention. "MARISSA!" I whisper-shouted. She looks up seeming rather annoyed, but then her face lights up when she sees the Twins.

She rushes out of the classroom and packs up quickly.

Marissa's POV:

I feel really bad....I was supposed to meet Grayson yesterday at 7:30 but I made myself so tired I fell asleep and yeah it was a sucky thing to do I know.

"Hey Grayson about yesterday night i'm so so sorry! I really wanted to come but I fell asleep because I was scared. Not scared of you well maybe a little but scared of-" I say until Grays places a finger over my lips.

"Its ok! Jodie told me she came to check on you and you were sleep its fine! " He says with a smile on his face.

"Ill make it up to you right after school we can go eat my treat i promise ok Gray?" I say in a hopeful tone.

" Yeah i'd like that! I'd like that a lot actually. He says with his heart crushing smile.
I smile back at him completely getting lost in his eyes and forgetting my surroundings.

"Uhh earth to Marissa! Earth to Grayson!!! Hellloo?? Guyss!!!" Jodie yelled at us.

I instantly come back to reality and feel flustered. "Uh hey yeah uh we should get back to class." I say in a whisper like tone.
I hug the guys and run back into class.
Class is pretty much ended so I dont have to pay attention that much. Grayson was the only thing on my mind and we were going out for ice cream alone together. Together alone for ice cream. Ice cream together alone. I dont know but I couldnt process this. I tried so many ways to! Me + Gray + ice cream + alone = ??????
