DEKU

After determining that our embryo was in fact growing, and becoming a fetus in Shouto's incubator, Dabi and I went to work right away preparing for the baby.

If I wasn't in the apartment decorating with baby furniture, I was out getting toys, clothes and baby supplies.

Dabi was constantly baby proofing the house. To be honest it was a little comical. He worried over every little thing.

So cute.

"Dabi, you do realize Toga plays with knives for fun? Are you going to bubble wrap her until the kid is grown?" I snorted as I teased him.

A gleam flashed in his eyes as he actually took it into consideration, and I smacked his arm playfully.

"I was kidding!" I laughed.

"The baby is going to be here soon. I just want to be prepared." Dabi scratched the back of his neck looking anxious.

It was true. It's been months since the whole process started. Time was ticking down, and we needed to prepare for the baby's arrival.

I can't wait.

Our attention was diverted as a knock sounded on the door. Dabi huffed and crossed the room to answer it.

To our surprise Shouto, Bakugou, Shigaraki, Kirogiri, and Toga all stood on the otherside bearing gifts.

"The fuck is goin on?" Dabi raised a brow turning to me.

Like I know!

I shrugged indifferent and gestured for everyone to come inside the apartment.

"Since our new little villain will be with us soon we wanted to give you presents for the baby." Toga giggled placing a large box on the table.

Dabi cast a worried look in my direction. I subtly shook my head indicating for him not to worry.

If the gifts were dangerous we would simply get rid of them.

"It was her idea." Shigaraki gestured to Toga with his thumb.

"Ah, well thanks. Let's see what ya got 'em." I smiled taking a seat in the living room.

Dabi remained in the kitchen to get a drink for himself and one for me. Dabi refused to open the gifts so I had the honors. I had a sneaking suspicion that he knew I really wanted to know what was inside and would have way more fun with it.

He leaned against the wall behind me as I sat on the floor of the living room surrounded by gifts.

"Open mine first!" Toga waved her arms pushing her box wrapped in purple paper toward me.

I did as she requested and tore into the shiny purple wrapping paper.

Inside of the box was an entire wardrobe of gender neautral clothes. The wardrobe consisted of summer, fall and winter clothing, and some cute costumes including a baby sized rain coat and swampers, and even an adorable leather jacket.

"Thanks Toga." I smiled flashing the jacket around so Dabi could see. He made no move, but the slight smirk on his face was enough.

Hehe he likes it.

"I figured we could play dress up when the baby is a little bigger." Toga squealed in delight.

Ah I forget how girly Toga could be when she's not lusting after some random guy or raving about someone's blood.

Still the gift is sweet.

"Here's mine." Using his foot, Shigaraki pushed over a big box that was wrapped in plain gray paper with a red bow on top. Patches of tape were everwhere over the poorly wrapped box.
