I looked up at the body that had pulled me and it was Sarah. I sigh in relief and her breathe smelled of alcohol.

"Why are you dancing with Connor?" she whisper growled

I looked at Connor who was standing behind me looking at both of us and was sipping on his drink. His facial expression was careless.

"He wanted to, he asked" I mumbled and she let go of my arm and her finger marks were marked on. My arm and I rubbed my arm and she frowned

"I really like Connor and you know that." she said and looked down. She said it loud enough for me to hear and I looked at Connor who pointed to his cup and to the punch bowl and I nodded. I didn't know if he said he was getting it refilled or if I want one either way I don't mind.

"No I dont. you said he was flawless and only dated sluts, cheerleaders and easy girls." I recalled

She tumbled her temples and sighed "Well yes but that was after us happened..."

I furrowed my eyes and now I think I understand "you guys dated?" I asked

She nodded "for a year and 2 months but broke up because he wanted to have sex and I want to save it for marriage" she explained

I have her a sad look and pulled her in for a hug "I-I still love him" she cried

It must be the alcohol mixing all her emotions. Aww poor sarah!

"I'm sorry if it makes you feel any. Better I don't like him that way, I was just having fun nothing was gonna happen." I assured her and she looked up and smiled

"Ok thank you. Sorry for hurting your arm" she chuckled as she wiped her tears

I nodded and looked at Connor. "I'm just on a dance with him nothing more" I said and she sighed but nodded and left.

I turned to Connor and walked back to him "what did she want?" he asked

"To ask if I wanted to play beer pong" I lied

He nods and someone calls his name and it was brad who was walking down the stairs putting on his black and white shirt over his head. The black haired girl walking down a bit tipsy and with a huge smirk on her face and her hair a mess.

I cringed at the image plastered in my mind. I don't even want to think he did that with her. I guess Sarah was right, they go for easy girls.

"You wanna play truth or dare with the other guys and some girls Tristan found?" brad said and didn't bother looking at me. I began to walk away knowing I don't want to play but I wasn't quick enough because Connor had pulled me to him by my waist and held me Close to him. his piercing blue icy eyes looking right at me. He Smiled while showing his pearly whites and tugged me along. I slowly pushed him and he stopped walking and so did brad. They both looked at me confusedly

"I don't want to play." I said with a fake smile

"Oh c'mon! Don't be a party pooper!" Connor whined

I shook my head

Connor sighed and looked at brad "I'll take care of this you head off upstairs" brad told Connor and Connor nodded and blew me a kiss and left. He had trouble walking straight a bit and controlled it later

Brad stood there with his arms crossed over his chest and he eyes me up and down while licking his lips. I felt uncomfortable and I tugged on the hem of the dress to make it longer but it was no use it just rose higher.

"I still can't believe shy little Isabella is here" he chuckled and his deep laugh made me jump a little

I looked down at my feet and sat my red cup down on the coffee table.
