Hannah's P.O.V

Alice jumped out of the hug like somebody had given her an electric shock. I turned towards Simon and scowled, glancing at Alice then back at the doorway. I saw why she was shocked.
The whole office was watching us, Simon standing infornt and Kim next to him. Lewis was standing somewhere in the mob and Duncan stood at the back. Alice looked like she wanted to cry, hug everyone and go die in a ditch at the same time. I placed a light hand on her back and she looked at the floor, wringing her hands. I watched as an average sized figure pushed through the mob and stumbled out infront. Alice looked up cautiously, then smiled brightly. Her fear temporarily forgotton as she looked at the smiling face of Sjin. She stood up and he opened his arms. Alice flung herself into them with out a second thought, making Simon awww again. Alice giggled into Sjin's shoulder and I laughed aswell. Finally they seperated and Sjin held Alice's hand in a friendly way, not in a lovers sort of way.
"So, who's your girlfriend Sjin?" Sips teased, making kissy faces at the pair. Both of them blushed and Sjin started to defend Alice.
"S-She's not my girlfriend! N-N-Not that she's not pretty. B-But she's my best friend!"
"Yeah... A friend, totally." Kim replied, making Alice scowl and remove her hand from Sjin's. I stood up and walked over to her, now blushing and hiding behind her hair whilst the rest of the yogs asked about being bridesmaids for the wedding.
Alice was silently chuckling under her hair, I joined in with her until she suddenly started crying. Her shoulders shaking and breathing shallow. I held her tight and let her cry into my shoulder, even though she nearly had to fold onto herself to reach my shoulder. Everyone stopped to see what was happening, Sjin started shouting. Making Alice cry even more, I hissed at him to shut up and he obliged. I held the poor girl until I felt her breathing calm and rythmic. Asleep. I motioned for somebody to help me move her onto the sofa, in the end it was Zoey that helped me move Alice.
"Why did she start crying and fall asleep?" Martyn asked, rubbing his neck. I shrugged.
"Maybe she's still drugged up on what ever the hospitale gave her." Lewis suggested and nobody offered another explination.
So we just left her there, tucked under a blanket on the sofa whilst we headed off the record some videos....
