"I have a meeting at seven, right?"

"Yes, with Gun Kim, president of the K-Mall, a prestigious shopping centre that is quite successful in the recent light of years. They are partners with the Hirahara Corporation, the Woo market centre, as well as the Wang artillery group." The Wang artillery group.

"I don't want to get into a trade war with them anytime soon..." I thought sarcastically, sweating a little. "Who names their company 'artillery group?'" My assistant's expression remained stone cold as they read out the rest of my schedule for the duration of the car ride.

"After your meeting at seven, the Hirahara family will be hosting a ball. It is extremely important that you attend, seeing that it would be the perfect time to socialize, and hopefully make new partnerships." I hummed and nodded, half-listening. Honestly, I was excited for my meeting with the Hamilton look-alike.

It's ridiculous. He did divorce a couple of years ago, and literally every woman has been on the prowl for him, considering his good looks, wealth, and management skills. Management skills weren't a turn on usually, but I'd heard some ladies were turnt the hell up for them.

"He can command me any day of the week." Jesus. "I wonder how good he would be at managing me." Pretty bad, since you're already a train wreck. I shifted in my seat, nervous, yet my mind was buzzing with energy at the thought of actually being able to partner up with someone I'd admired for such a long time.

The streets of South Korea hadn't been this quiet in forever, or so it seemed. Maybe I was just lost in my own thoughts, not really paying attention to what laid outside the safety of the car window. Sure, it was transparent, but I couldn't feel the wind blowing through my hair. I couldn't actually know what it felt like to be free. Woah, where did that come from? Besides, I'm too busy to do any of that.

"Ah, get out of your head. You have a meeting." Once the car pulled up to the empty driveway in front of a rather large estate building, my assistant guided me out of the vehicle and we both headed in.

"Doctor (L/N), it's good to see you." I shook his hand as he flashed me a smile.

"It's nice to see you as well. I hope everything is going great."

"Yeah, everything's fine." I smiled at his simple response and set a group of papers down.

"So, shall we start the meeting?" Gun scratched the back of his head and chuckled.

"I thought you already knew..." My eyebrows furrowed in confusion and my mind furiously worked to try and figure out what the problem was. Starting to fiddle with my thumbs from under the table, I sighed.

"I wasn't informed of anything particularly special, no?" He laughed a bit nervously and gently moved the papers to the side.

"Our meeting was... cancelled, actually. Your assistant informed me that you wished to tour Seoul with my company, and I obliged. Both of us don't have a lot of time on our hands, and I don't wish to get to know you that formally." Flabbergasted, I shot a glance to the male standing in the corner, clipboard in hand, a small smirk on his face. From his downcast view, I saw him wink and shoot me a small finger heart then made a gun symbol with one hand.

Oh he knew everything.

"Very well." I started to pack up the files and folders in my briefcase then smiled once more. "What are we waiting for? Let's go."

Surprisingly, this was not what I was expecting. In my head, I envisioned lavish dining sets, caviar, rich people scattered about everywhere, the occasional jazz singer in the corner next to a band, but this was the complete opposite.

An around the corner, semi-musty street alley where everything had a set of neon lights. Children were running, laughing, everyone was having a good time as they dined on street food. Chefs were preparing dishes, fish cake skewers dripping with sauce, lobster slathered in butter, and ice cream with cotton candy as tall as your head.

"This is my favorite place to visit when I have spare time. C'mon, I'll show you the good places." The next few hours were spent indulging in tasty, flavorful foods that had absolutely no links to what I was used to. Nevertheless, I had an amazing time exploring all the diverse dishes, my stomach full by the time the little tour ended.

"That was... wow," I breathed, dabbing my mouth with a tissue. "I'm surprised I've never heard about this in my life." Gun chuckled and bit off the last piece of meat from his skewer and threw it away.

"Yeah, most people that I meet for business are only accustomed to perfected, rich, and crazy-busy lifestyles. Once in a while you have to let yourself go and feel the breeze against your face, let it run wild and try and release all the tension." I nodded, secretly grinning as I heard him speak. I'd never really thought about it, but I suppose he is right.

"Hey, speaking of which, want to rent a bike?" Gun pointed to a motorbike rental shop whilst smiling. "It'll be fun. Trust me." I felt queasy after all the food I'd just eaten, but reluctantly agreed.

"Remember, if I fall off, I'm suing you." He laughed and gingerly pulled me into the shack.

"Don't worry, just hold on tight."

"This was a bad idea!" I screamed, latching onto the male's torso. "Why did you convince me to do this?!" He whooped and revved up the speed so it would go faster. I kept on shouting profanities as Gun zoomed down the side of the road.

"Doesn't it feel awesome?"

"Not when you're literally terrified of falling off the goddamn bike and breaking ten bones in your body! I can feel my ribs starting to get displaced already! Why am I doing this?" I yelled over the deafening sound of the wind. "Gun Kim I swear to god-"

"I can't hear you! What? You want to go faster?"

"No! Nononono-! Gun Kim!" I kept on screaming in pure terror and clutched onto his back tighter until no longer possible. Once we'd arrived at Hirahara estate, I could've sworn my heartrate was over 9000. Panting and stumbling off the bike, I took off my helmet, sweating.

"I'm never letting you drive anywhere. Ever. Again." He laughed and slipped my hand onto his and gave it a light kiss.

"Don't we have a party to attend?"
