Silently, everyone sat, looking intensely at the poor boy in the fancy office chair. The atmosphere was thick and awkward.
"HEY! You're that guy from last night?!"
Taehyung yelled surprised which made everyone look at him since he broke the silence. "T-taehyung?" Shaye asked shyly.
"Hi, I didn't realize that they were talking about you, I didn't recognize you from the competition you looked different." He smiled, trying to calm down Shaye, who was almost crying from the intense stares of the members and the staff, he had never liked attention.
He smiled quickly at taehyung. One of the members spoke up, "what's your name?" A grumpy, blunt, man asked. Shaye's eyes traveled from taehyung's dark green mullet to the mans light purple hair and brown, almost black eyes with dark circles under them as if he hadn't slept in days or that he had slept too much.
"M-Min Shaye" He stuttered back Because of the man's intense stare, all he got in return was "Oh"
Then one of the others spoke up, he had light green hair, almost white, "isn't shaye a girls name?" Shaye looked down in shame, "My parents thought that they were having a daughter."
Some of the guys nodded and others came with silent "oh's". That was until bangpd spoke up, "Guys, give him a break, he didn't even want to be in bts." This made some of the boys look surprised at shaye, which only made him look down more, afraid that they would get angry that he'd been chosen with such luck and didn't even want or deserve to be there.
But, no, they only nodded understandably and smiled slightly after they realized he didn't want to steal their fame or anything of the sort.
After a while of them staring and Shaye's akwardly sitting there, Ahn came and picked him up for vocal lessons. Then the boys were left alone with bangpd and the managers. Bangpd had asked the managers to leave, which they had.
"So?" Immediately Namjoon's face changed from calm to serious. "I could tell he obviously didn't like us or he was afraid of us."
Taehyung looked angry over at Namjoon's side of the table and sighed. "Obviously because you guys, Yoongi, were staring at him with disgust, you do know that he has never liked attention, right? No you wouldn't know because you didn't ask you were just staring at him"
This made jimin look surprised over at taehyung who clearly took a liking to the new member. This made Jimin smile, he wasn't the only one who approved.
Seokjin coughed to catch attention which he got. "I think he's ok, he probably doesn't hate us, Maybe he's just shy, like Jungkook, he didn't talk at all in the beginning."
