Sirens waking everyone up even if it's only 8 PM,making everyone wonder what happened...
The people from that block all gathered around a car and two bodies on the ground....everyone was whispering since they all knew who they were,yet not knowing anything else beside that...

The paramedics took both the bodies into the vehicle,driving them to the hospital....their families have zero clue where they are,what even happened...all they know is something isn't right....

The doctors were trying to see if either of the two were still conscious just for a slightest bit...
It just so happens that one of them is...but it wasn't Y/N...blood was flowing threw her arms and stomach,a few bones probably broken from the hard impact of the car....while the other was close to deep sleep as well...he was listening to what people were saying yet nothing came out of his lips...and soon,also the said male fell into deep sleep for who knows how long

~Jisung p.o.v.~
What is taking her so long...they should be back by now in her room,making out...

Hyuk:"it's cold....you should go inside and close the door...."
Jisung:"I'm waiting for the love birds to come"
Hyuk:"what love birds?"
Jisung:"Y/N and Jeno...they should be confessing to each other by now I think"

~3rd person p.o.v.~

While Jisung was saying the second sentence,Haechan could only think about the two names...

It can't be...were his thoughts....

And just as Jisung finished his sentence,Haechan wasn't in the house anymore
Caught off guard,Jisung still follows the older male

Jisung:"where are you going??"
Hyuk:"there was an accident on this block,two people are unconscious and I have a bad feeling its them,we need to hurry!!"said a rushing Haechan

The younger realises...hearing sirens,them not being back by now...panicing,he runs to the way he heard the loud sirens,trying to check if it's real...

And as they arrive to the big crowd of the neighborhood,their hearts sink...head hurting,heart aching,tears spilling by the image of the two dear people laying on the cold hard road,one bleeding with eyed closed,one shaking with eyes rolled back

Hyuk:"THAT'S MY SISTER!!!PLEASE HELP HER NOW!!"
Was the only thing they needed to hear for them to put him,Jisung and the lifeless bodies in the vehicle....

Crying and shaking...that was all the other people could see who were on that floor as well..Haechan and Jisung called Rose as well as Mark to the hospital and of course both came rushing to the hospital,probably feeling exactly what the other two did,when they found out

Mark:"Jisung?...is Jeno okay?"
Jisung was very volnerable,so he couldn't say a thing...
Mark sat next to Haechan since there wasn't a free seat next to Jisung....

The male he sat next to,has calmed down the most,yet tears were still running down his cheeks...
Hyuk:"what is Jeno to you?"he said threw sobs
The other wanted to reply without cracking,but that didn't quite work so he was crying hard,still trying to tell him
Mark:"h-he's...my bro-ther"
Hyuk:"...how come I didn't know about you"
Mark:"....we...weren't o-on the b-best terms"and he broke down

All the memories of them together,not fighting was rare with them,but there were some days when they went to a cafe or restaurant together and actually had a decent conversation...when they slipped apart is when Mark knew,they should have spent more time together....

While Mark was crying and shaking,Haechan felt the urge to hug him and so he did...The said male put the youngers(Mark is younger here)head on his chest,wrapping his arms around his surprisingly small waist....He liked the feeling of his arms around him,yet he didn't know why...he wanted to know his story yet he literally just met him...it was good to calm someone down,even tho he had problems himself that needed fixing

Doctor:"family of Lee Jeno?"
And that was all that took Mark to stand up and run close to the the doctor

Haechan immediately missed the warmth but was also very focused on what the doctor has to say...

Doctor:"well...he has a malfunctioning in his body...but...the reason seems to be a broken rib cage that didn't get the propper healing...it looked like someone hurt him quite a lot...and so since it didn't get the proper healing the body is still suffering a bit...and it gets reactions like this...they lead to constant black outs,or shaking and eyes rolling back from the pain...also the medication that he is taking,wasn't the direction a doctor gave him...it looks like he is it got them with no clue what can a certain amount do to different body types...he took the worng pills,with the wrong affect and too many as well...it didnt help him at all...so we took some of his blood,as the capsules that were in the blood,when he injected the pills,so it doesn't spread more...he will need to stay here for a few days so his body starts working normaly again and we need ti give some blood back...we will give him some other pills that will help him and he won't have this amount of problems"

Mark was just speechless...did mom...or dad..or his former dad do this...was he really this sick...

Doc:"also...several cuts on his body,that made him loose blood by himself also caused him to faint more often...by the looks of it some were fresh while the oldest ones looked like they were made two years ago at least....lack of food also causes these things...and he is very thin...so make sure he eats well...but yes...other than that...I think he will be fine now....we treated the rib and it should be better now that it got a proper healing..."
Mark:"t-thank you doctor...m-may I s-s-see him?"
Doc:"well he is asleep but yes....sure go in"

Without anything else said he storms into the room seeing his brother laying there hooked onto several wires...it hurts to see the people you love like this.... But he can't quite do anything about it at the moment...but he is determined to try

Mark:"I know you probably hate me...you have every right...I just want to tell you that I love you a lot...that im thankful to have such a great brother... Even if we aren't blood related I really do feel a brotherly connection between us....I don't want to lose you...you helped me go threw life when I needed it the most,yet you were the one hurting much more....please let us talk this out and be the loving brothers we can be...I...I'm really sorry"

As the male was about the step out a certain sentence stopped him

Jeno:"we should talk...."
