TJ's POV

I was so excited to ask Cyrus to the Winter Dance, that I forgot to put my books in my backpack.

So, basically I waited in the front office for my mom to drop my books.

I missed half of 1st period. Cyrus is in that class. I dont have another class with him until 5th period.

I wanted to see him to ask him. Seems like I'll have to wait until after class.

Hopefully there is enough time.

Finally the bell rang, and I looked over at Cyrus and smiled.

"Hey cy, I have something to ask you." I nervously said.

"Okay, what is it?" He said with a genuine smile on his face.

"Well, as you probably know, there is a school Winter Dance. And I was wondering if you wanted er would go with me?" I said hopefully.

He looked at me as his smile widened.

"I'd absolutely love to." He exclaimed.

"Awesome." I answered.

The fireworks started in my head again.

"Talk to you later bye!"

We said our farewells, and I walked away with a huge smile.
