"We look for The One Who Sends Miracles!" Alec yelled, his voice echoing throughout their hotel room. "That is our most prioritized goal,"

"Isn't that just a rumor?" Dane asked, sitting casually on Alec's bed and eating chocolate jello. "That's a pretty stupid goal,"

"Hey, Angelica's not a stupid goal," Alec replied, glaring at the 17 year old boy, who's age they just learned through tons of questions.

"Who's that?" Dane asked, looking up at the man. Beside him, Aria tilted her head, which reminded Alec that he hasn't mentioned Angelica to her at all either. It was obvious how stupid he has been, forgetting to tell them such an important person.

"Is she your girlfriend?" Dane asked again.

Alec blushed hard, red forming up to his ears.

"My fiancé," Alec mumbled, looking away shyly.

Aria was surprised. He had a fiancé and never told her? Aria could feel a bubbling in her chest and frowned slightly.

So she wasn't his most important person?

"And just so you know," Alec added, "The One Who Sends Miracles is not a rumor, because Nora said so, and she could sense presences. She's an old woman who we met in another village," A warm person with a big heart, Nora treated everyone equally with respect. Hopefully she was doing well.

"And how do you know Nora was not bluffing?" Dane asked, his eyebrow raised.

Alec grinned and pointed at Aria, the girl who figured out that Nora senses presences, and Dane, who was well hidden as a thief but was told out by a young girl. "Because she was there,"

"Well that figures," Dane said, smiling for the first time. "You're such a weirdo,"

"I'll take that as a compliment," Aria replied, smiling.

"Well while you two chat, I need to work," Alec said.

"What's work?" Aria asked. Both Dane and Alec was dumbfounded by her stupidity.

"It um, gives you money, or currency to buy things from others," Alec tried to explain. "Cause I'm sure you know it's not right to steal things from others, so we work to pay for those things,"

"Plus we gotta pay for that bill for the restaurant you brought us into, Aria," Dane said, smirking. "You went into a pretty expensive place for not knowing what money is,"

"So it's my fault?" Aria asked, giving a sad puppy look. "Can I help with this 'work'?"

"Nah, I'd have to work once in a while anyways to keep up our travels," Alec grinned and patted her head, "And your still a kid, you can't work,"

"I'm not a kid!"

She slapped his hand away, shocking everyone. Aria gently touched her head and her face flushed. "I-I don't like it. I'm not that young," She wondered why it was so important to state that she was not a child? Alec was an adult, so far away from her, so different. She didn't like it.

But why? Why didn't she want to be treated like a child?

"I see..." Alec replied. He smiled at Aria with a hurt expression. "Sorry, I should have known. Anyways, I'll see you guys later, don't leave this room!" And he burst out the door with the words echoing behind.

"I-I hurt him," Aria said, frowning. "I didn't mean to..."

Dane stared at the girl next to him. She was obviously upset with herself. And Dane himself couldn't figure out why she lashed onto Alec like that.
