You Pick Out A Puppy Together-[Luke Kuechly]-For Laurel

You and Luke walked hand in hand into the SPCA. Today was the day you all were going to look for a puppy. A young woman came up to you. "You must be the couple that was looking to adopt?" You nodded, and both of you shook her hand. "I'm Mia, and I'll be showing you around. Any questions you have don't hesitate to ask." Walking to the back of the shelter, you passed numerous dogs. When you got to the back, the were only cages of puppies. Most of them sleeping on blankets, or eating. Mia encourage you to play with diffrent types of puppies, to see which ones would fit you most, but Luke didn't really seem interested in any of them. "Do you have any more dogs?" Luke asked. "There's a few more in the next room, follow me."

In the next room, were litters of Pugs, Chows, German Sheppards, and Golden Retrievers.  Luke looked at the small, golden retriever puppies. "This one right here, everyone passes right over, he's my favorite" Mia said, taking the dog out the cage. "Can I hold it?" She nodded, handing the dog over to Luke. "Hey little guy" Luke cooed, scratching the dogs head. "What's his name?" he asked, as the tiny puppy bit on his hands. Luke just laughed. "Echols, we rescued him from a puppy mill about a week ago. The guy was in pretty bad shape, but with a little help got him back on his feet." He looked down at the dog. "You've been through a lot huh?" You smiled at the scene. "You really like this one" you added, rubbing the dog's head. Luke was in love. "We'll get this one" you told Mia. "Are you sure you don't want to look around some more?" You shook your head.

"This is the one" Luke confirmed.
