My heartache and all I feel like doing is crying while reading this book. Practically, I was saddened by tragedy happened to Callie and her family. I never had this kind situation. I think the main theme of this book is bullying. I want to say bullying is a serious matter. It should never be brushed off as something that children have to "tough out". Bullying can affect a child's sense of self-worth and future relationships. In severe cases, bullying has contributed to tragedies, such as school shootings and attempted suicides.

This is what the author trying to do. She was trying to relay this kind of messages through this book. What will happen if such kinds of bad attitude will affect others. My heart goes to Clay. I don't know. But I don't feel Callie should put the blame all on him. What if she put herself on his shoes, she will totally understand him better. No ones can feel our pain except ourselves. However, please, I beg do not keep it things by yourself. Find someone who you can trust to and love you. Just do not lose hope. Just things happened to Clay with the wrong person and at the wrong time.
