"If I keep moving, they won't know, I'll morph to someone else, what they throw at me's too slow, I'll morph to someone else, I'm just a ghost"
~Morph by Twenty Øne Pilots

I Bled written by Me (Holly).

My mind is fuzzing as I keep trying to write songs. I've written three songs already. It's been two weeks since I've been assigned this job, and I'm starting to panic. I checked the time and saw it was two in the morning, and I was halfway through my forth song:
I think back,
To the good ol' days,
It's all turned black, It's now just a haze
I missed the times,
And all the crimes,
It's never going to happen again.

When the darkness flooded into my head, I felt like I bled.
It's never really that bad until I pollute myself, because you want to hurt yourself.

The world is burning, from this we don't know what we're learning,
It's all a twisted idea burned into our mind, it's like we've all turned blind.

When the darkness flooded into my head, I felt like I bled.
It's never that bad until I pollute myself, because you want to hurt yourself.

I think it's getting pretty good. Although I couldn't think of much else due to the fact that I drank six fucking cups of highly-caffeinated cups of tea in the past half hour.
I lay with my head on my desk not really thinking of anything. The only that went though my head was the fact that it was two in the morning.
I felt a buzzing on the table and for a second I thought it was falling apart. Then I noticed that it was my phone. I clumsily leaned over and picked it up.
"Hulllp," I said when I tried to say 'hello'.
"How far are you in the song?" I heard Autumn say.
"Half-way," I tried to say, it came out like 'Hal-pay'.
"Okay, you can go to bed then. You sound tired, are you okay? You're words are slurring."
"Too much tea," I said. This time it came out good.
"Go to bed," Autumn said in a concerned voice.
"Fine," I said and hung up.

I woke the next morning at the sound of my alarm. I slept for five hours, that'd better be good enough.
I got ready for school and started heading outside, clutching a bag full of papers with me.
My Mom stared at me while I walked down the street.

At school, I worked on my songs in class. I could still feel some caffeine in my system the whole time up until lunch. I knew because I was extra alert to everything. The most interesting thing I noticed was Magnus looking longingly at a deer head on a wall. I was kind of concerned for his health.

I walked outside and I saw something disturbing while working on my songs. I saw Magnus and Julia talking again.
I walked up to them and saw Julia give me a sad face. "Sorry, Ruby, we need to talk about something," Julia said to me.
"Yeah, well, you guys aren't together," I said kind of stupidly.
Julia crossed her eyes at me, "and you guys are? Wow."
Magnus gave me an alarmed look at kind of gave me a look that said that I really shouldn't be here.
"Fine, okay," I said and started walking away. And I started to think maybe the caffeine was getting to me.

Rumours have been going on for the past two days now. A kid claimed that he saw some weird things been going on in the woods near Leafbridge, my street, in the woods every full moon.
I laughed every time someone said "werewolves". But apparently something really did happen. Because I saw some police outside of Magnus' house the next day. And I saw it was a full moon.
I waited for a while until I saw police carrying a dead deer out of the woods. I felt a bit of pity for the deer.

I walked up to Magnus' house and knocked on his door. His mother opened the door and I saw she looked a lot like Holly.
"Hello, Ruby. Do you want to talk to Magnus? Or maybe it's Holly, she's over right now. Her father is on a trip," Ms. Garnet asked.
"I'm looking for Magnus. It'd be nice to talk to Holly, too," I added.
"Okay," Ms. Garnet said and let me in. I walked up their stairs to Magnus' bedroom. I heard voices inside the room, Magnus and Holly's. I knocked on the door.
They went quiet immediately, "come in," Holly said.
I opened the door and saw them sitting on Magnus' bed.

I've never been in his bedroom, whenever I went to his house I always hung out in the woods behind his house with him, or in the yard.
"Ruby?" Holly said confused, "what're you doing here?"
I swallowed, "I need to talk to Magnus."
Holly didn't move, "I have a right to hear what you have to say, bro. Also, I'm too lazy t' get off the bed."
"Makes sense," I said and rolled my eyes, classic.
"It's about the rumours."
Holly stared at me, "say what you have to say."
"I'm just wondering if you guys have any idea what it's about," I said.
"We have no par—" Holly started.
"We're involved," Magnus cut in.
"Can you tell me what's going on?" I asked him.
"I can't tell you. But I can show you," Magnus said.
Holly sighed, "why do I feel like we're in a cliché fanfiction? She'll probably not believe us and laugh. If that's what this is."
"Ha, ha, ha," Magnus said sarcastically, "let's show her."

We went into the woods at nine in the evening, I stayed at their house for quite a few hours.
We stood in the clearing in the woods and Magnus paced around the centre of it. I sat on the rock and was getting impatient.
"When's this gonna be ov—"
Then I saw it.
