"Hurry up and say it." Hyunjin spat, impatient. The suspense was real from the moment Changbin spoke with such a serious tone. Everyone listened deeply and carefully, watching the small boy.
"I looked in Seungmin's locker, only because I noticed there wasn't a lock on it." Changbin starts, fingers nervously fiddling with the loose threads on his jeans. He thought about their responses, and he knew Hyunjin's would be the worst.
"Seungmin is a neat person..but we found the insides of his locker all trashed up..The pictures were not hanging, his books and papers were all ripped..." Changbin took a deep breath, and went to go continue. He avoided all eye contact, not wanting to see all the attention on him, but most of all he didn't want to see their reactions.
"His locker..smelled of blood and flesh..and at the back written in blood were the words 'Watch out'...But that's not all."
"What is it?!?!" Hyunjin gritted his teeth.
"At the back hidden by his trashed up stuff was an arm.." Changbin let out a breath he didn't know he was holding. Hyunjin shot up and grabbed him by the collar, and he feels like it's hard to breathe.
"Stop playing jokes you bastard!!" Hyunjin screamed. Woojin pulled Hyunjin off Changbin and sat him on the bed and tried to calm him down.
"It was real Hyunjin...We're so sorry.." Felix apologised, playing with the hems of his shirt.
"What ever, it can't be Seungmin's arm anyways." Hyunjin says ruffling his hair. It was silent, it wasn't comfortable, but it wasn't awkward either, either way they savoured it. It was the sound of a door opening that broke the silence.
"My parents are home, you guys should go." Changbin said, ushering everyone out the front door once he heard his parents enter their room.
Minho sighed and threw his school backpack onto the ground before flopping onto the couch. He took his phone out and opened the messages app. He tried texting the three but there was no answer. He tried calling them but there was also no answer. He sighed again.
"What's going on..?" Minho asks out loud to no one in particular. He was answered with silence.
Minho walked to his room, taking his backpack that he carelessly threw on the ground. He hung his backpack on the door, and noticed a piece of paper on his desk. He went to go pick it up.
"It's...Seungmin's schedule for today...?" Minho scanned the paper.
"He would've been at sport before lunch..."
"And after lunch he has history..."
Minho places the paper inside his hanging backpack, and decides to go and surf the internet
